On time and done well

I tried using the original installer for this job. After 3 months and no progress Home Advisor connected me with TWR. The job took 9 days which included a couple of days for me to find the radon fan hidden in an attic space with very poor access, and the time to order a replacement unit after I finally supplied as part number. Both Ed & Ken were great. I highly recommend TWR.

I had TWR install a radon system in my house. I had something go wrong with the fan years later and Ed was out at my house right away, order the part, fixed it and charged me nothing. I am a Realtor and anytime a client's radon test comes back high I call TWR to come and install the mitigation system. Everyone is happy with them.

Ed was very professional, on time, neat, performed the job as discussed, and was seemingly very experienced. I would highly recommend his services again.

Ed was the only professioal who took the time to come out and estimate the job. He did a great job and when I called him for some advice he did not avoid the call. He has a very professional company and I would recomend him.

Very friendly and responsive. Would not quote without seeing the property first (all others would), which sounds inconvenient, but lends significant credibility to the accuracy of the quote. Job executed in 4 hours, the showed up on time, executed on time, and cleaned up after their work. It was like they were never there, except a system was left behind. Not the lowest price, but very competitive.

Brought radon level from above 12 down to 0.9. Very clean and neat project and was able to accomodate complicated house structure in order to put the system in. Other companies wouldn't touch the project, but Ed was not daunted and did a great job. Would recommend them without reservation. Fee was very fair as well.

The other two vendors didn't contact me. TWR did follow up and give an estimate, though they normally don't work this far from their home office. I'm waiting for a Radon test results before proceeding and will be seeking other quotes, too.
