They did a neat clean professional job but way over priced on connecting two sinks to my septic. And recently wanted over $1055 to install a kitchen faucet, that I had purchased, and change two shut off valves. About 90 minutes work. Just to install a simple delta faucet they quoted $550 labor and that is a one hour job. Your paying for a lot of advertising and plenty of people who are not turning wrenches. Avoid these folks at all cost.

We have been using T. Webber for a few years now for plumbing. Even though their charges were high, the work seems to be okay. Last week, we called for central A/C repair. The technician came and started talking doing tests and recharge costing in a few thousand and suggested replacing the unit. So, I went along with his recommendation got their marketing person to give me a quote. The quote was $14,000 after $2,000 in discounts and said I must sign the contract immediately or within 48 hours, otherwise, the prices go up. On Monday, I called a few other companies to get comparison quotes. To my surprise, a young technician from a family-owned business came and went to work, and boy he knows his work. It took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem and charged me $351. He said his company may charge around $6,000-$8,000 for replacing the unit. So, I checked the equipment cost for A/C unit, which is around $3,000 depending on the dealer. I called T. Webber asking the quote and technician. The lady who attended the call said it is HR that handles customer complaints. Yesterday a young man from T. Webber called fuming about how dire I question their service, etc., that they are high-end service providers, and hung up.

Technician is only interested in persuading me to replace whole sewer systems, which cost 20k. Did not fix the problems!

Joe Sullivan did the work. He was professional and a delight to work with. Webber is lucky to have him. We were very satisfied with the entire organization.

The plumber that arrived and performed the work was *Van* and he did an outstanding job in a timely manner. He was very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the office staff who are always polite and professional when I call to request an appointment. I would highly recommend T. Webber to anyone looking for a Heating and Plumbing Co. I have never had a negative experience with T. Webber and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Very professional

It took 3 appointments made to finally get the installer to my home. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional, and efficient. The delay in getting him was because of other emergencies.

Customer service was great - called to schedule a convient appointment and followed up. The Tech that arrived was able to solve a mystery sump line discharge problem that had been a months long problem for us! Unfortunately, the solution was not something they handled, so we needed to hire another company for that.

I would recommend t Webber for you sump pump issue. They were fast and professional and explain what they doing along the way. They on the expensive side. But so far my sump pump is working efficiently. So far no water in my basement.

I requested their service for two different services (new water heater and gas line). The customer service department representatives were nice, friendly and professional. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. There were two technicians that came to complete the service. One of the technicians was knowledgeable and thorough. However, the younger technician that worked on the gas line was not as thorough. Somehow he managed to crack the gas meter during the installation. About 3 hours after they were finished; I smelled gas throughout the house. I called the company and they sent someone immediately to assess my concern. The technician placed

Arrived immediately and snaked the drain, clearing the clog.

I called them and gave the model number of the water heater. The guy said that he would call me back with the price the next day. I waited a day and called him. He said that his boss was looking up where they could purchase the heater. I waited several days and called them back. He never got back to me. I am very disappointed.

telephoned T.Webber Plumbing for an emergency sewer ejector pump that had malfunctioned. There was sewage water flowing from the pump all over the floor. They arrived, determined that it was a manufacturer defective pump.I asked the technician to please leave the pump so that we could file a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the equipment. The tech said we did not need it and his statement on their invoice was enough for a claim. It wasn't and despite numerous phone calls, nothing has been done and we could not file a warranty claim because the manufacturer wants the pump back.

Really helpful- came earlier than i expected and fixed the problem and explained everything as he was doing it! Great guy!

I was very pleased with T. Webber's response and immediate availability to my project need. The service person was courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced a septic pump motor the same day and left the work area neat and clean. A highly professional service company!

Did a great job.

Hard to say since I need to see how the a/c performs over time but seemed to explain and fix my overflowing pan that shut down my system. Keith had to snake out the sediment to allow the pan to drain. Good, prompt service. Keith was a good guy!

They delivered everything they promised. Their crew stayed late to get the job done in one day. They went way above expectations. Enjoying our central air !!!
