Great experience, after a strange gas odor in the basement , the plumer Joe Maldonado came and checked all the gas pipe in my home, located the issue and made all needed repairs. 5 stars all the way

I struggled with the # of stars that I should give this review. So, I was fielding several quotes from local HVAC contractors for a new boiler and possibly an A/C system. I called TW and their polite AI robot scheduled the date. A few days prior to the appointment, I received a call from the sales representative asking if we could reschedule for the following week for a reason I cannot recall. The day arrives, and after about nearly 2 hours and a bunch of data and numbers presented to me, he says that he will email the quotes to me and give me a few days to review. After 2 days pass, I have not received any emailed quotes. I reach out to the sales person and he tells me: I'm currently with a customer, but give me about 90 minutes and I'll check and get them over to you. It's several weeks passed now and still nothing. The grace period is in my rear view mirror. How does one interpret this?

I'm considering a lawsuit for damages. ALL THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR A REASON. Incompetent liars. We have lived WITHOUT WATER TO OUR TWO MAIN BATHROOMS FOR NEARLY A WEEK because of this company, who sent two sets of technicians out within hours of each other (unknown to the dispatch/office) and both successively made a small faucet leak exponentially worse. Our home has high-end hardware without a shutoff valve on the sink, so we had to turn off the main water to stop to the bathrooms to stop the leak, which went from a slow drip BEFORE T WEBBER to a gush after they came. Of course, the crew was going to "be right back" with the right stem to fix it. That was Monday/Tuesday. It's now Saturday. The tech took a big deposit and GHOSTED. I've called multiple times. The customer service and dispatch are so ill-trained and inhuman....the level of disruption to our lives has been hard to quantify.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THEM COMPLETELY (There needs to BE A SECTION FOR 0 STARS, THIS SCAM COMPANY WILL QUALIFY): Horrible company. Please stay away from them. This is exactly the type of company you want to stay away from. Un-professional technicians and un-trained technicians that are coming after your hard earned money

I was quoted $16K for a plumbing job. Due to a lie I caught them in, I cancelled and found another company who did the job for $4700.

Used 2 yrs ago for furnance maintenance and very happy. This year tech came left nozzle with fuel leak said co2 high needed to have chimney looked at. Had chimney looked at no problem co2 reading now fine. When asked why furnance was not cleaned( vacumed) like was previously done by t webber he said tech must have done for free and now would cost 1300$! Now had another company come adjust nozzle etc and will be coming back to clean furnace after t webber was pa Pd 297$ of the 345$ amount quoted so we were given 48$ discount to have nothing but problems and paying other companies to come

Needed replacement of toilet wax seal. Service tech and assistant were super-nice, professional and clean. Said it would take 2 to 2.5h, but took about 45mins and the charge was $550 + fuel surcharge (if flange was not damaged). I thought this was quite high but based on Webber's ratings I figured it had to be right. Later found out that a experienced plumber would only charge around $200. Too bad, will not use T Webber again.

I had an AC issue as the freon was leaking out every time it was filled! T Webber came over and analyzed and fixed the problem, which was a leaking pipe/vale joint which they soldered, outside near the compressor. Their technician was very competent, friendly and professional and with 20 years of experience so I was in good hands. While overall T Webber and everyone I worked with was very professional, the cost to fix my AC was extremely high. Their office also misled me with the total cost and quoted me another $1200 to fix it and why I agreed to do so. Then afterwards they said it was another $2400 and $3700 total, which is crazy high. Their tech was here for a total of 4 hours, say 2 for driving up and back twice so a total for his time of 6 hours. Times say $50 an hour plus the freon and nitrogen and maybe a $1000-1500 total bill. So it was about twice as high as what I think was reasonable. I challenged this high cost to them and also that their office misled me. They analyzed everything and would not give me a discount and hence my review of them. Would I use or recommend them? Not really, while I think their service and staff are excellent all around, expect to pay about twice as much as reasonable. Shop around and get other quotes first as that may save you a lot of money - Rudy...

Gene Antonucci did a spectacular job today replacing a boiler part under warranty. Advised that this was a difficult two person job I was quoted a charge of $4,500.00 for labor. I told management I will not pay for labor for a part under warranty. I got a call back and the price was reduced to $2,500.00 I told them I would not pay a single dollar. I guess as a cost savings measure for the repair the company sent one man. Gene did the job of two. Professional as they come. T Webber did the right thing by me. And I appreciated it very much. So thank you T Webber for doing so. Nobody should have to pay labor for the installation of a warrantied part. And thank you T Webber for sending Gene over to do the job. Couldn't be happier with the result.

The guys did a great job. Very professional and courteous. They worked through lunch. I offered to buy them pizza but they refused and kept working. They cleaned up afterward like they were never here. Definitely worth the price of the job.

Paid $60 to get them to give estimate. One of their plumbers came on-site and said to replace the faucet was $800 and they only used a certain three faucets so I couldnlt opick a different one but he was allowed to drop it to $700. I said it was just way more money then I coudl afford to fix a leaky faucet, and he said he coudl call his supervisor to see about droppinng it to $400. His supervisor said no way, i could hear the back and forth because he did it on speaker phone, with the guy pleading that they could maybe do for $350 or $400, and the Supervisor just said "no, $700 is the best we can do." I declined to go further with their proposition, and the on-site guy said of his own accord let me see if I can help you out for now, and he just took a wrench and tightened up the faucet. That was the entire problem, the bolt on the stem was loose. He said it should last a while and only charged me for his time, so I ended up paying $120 total. Five (5) years later still no leaks! That plumber was a very honest man and I appreciated him and would use him again, but I can not see how I could use this service again after them insisting I needed to spend $800 on a new faucet, the existing faucet was a high end piece the previous owners had installed before leaving to help sell the place and not more than a year old. I had my hot water heater blow last night, I had been advised T. Webber might be Pricey but would come quick, then I found out that they could not even give me a ballpark estimate on replacing a water heater without coming on-site to take a look at it, and forcing me to pay $60, and the previous experience came rushing back! I had forgotten it was T. Webber, but they had me on file from 2016 and everything! I understand the need to make a visit to a site to try to track down a leak and give an estimate, but what the heck!? They can't give me a ballpark estimate on a water heater replacement even if I provide you the details of the existing water heater's type, capacity, model # etc, and pictures of the heater, pipes and space, I have to pay $60 to let them see it with their own eyes first to find out a specific estimate,. So I hung up and called a couple other people who said they coudl give me an estimate with the info I provided without having to come on site and without charging me a fee. Yeah, I get that there may be other fees and items and what-not that have to be accounted for, so it's not going to be a full on quote, but this is not rocket surgery, there is a known quantity here, and I can help you source a $600 heater, and it's gonna be a days labor and we know it'll be some bibs and bobs so you can't give me a ballpark? Ridiculous. Given that faucet replacement service I experienced, I wouldn't be surprised if they charged $3500 for a hot water heater replacement, and I wasn't going to spend $60 for the privilege of knowing.

They had a competitive bid and did a very good job. It was a big job, boiler and water heater installation with heated floors and 6 zones. They even put in new thermostats in every room which made all the difference. Very professional as well. They are ready to work!
