Project done well

I recently closed on a house April 12,2021. I moved into the house May 1,2021. Around May 5,2021 I began to experience low water pressure , to no water pressure at all, from both bathroom sinks, the tub and the kitchen sink in the house. My wife contacted T. Webber to access our problem. May 10th, 2021 the T.Webber tech arrived at my home, installed a new well pump and motor, wire, new pipe and all other related components. Additionally said tech flushed the well with bleach. Total cost for the job $4,586.03. The T. Webber tech recommended I contact a well drilling company and have the well fracked, said tech recommended a specific well drilling company I should use for the job. I contacted said company for an estimate of a cost for the work the T. Webber tech recommended. $4000 was the cost, not including a reinstallation fee I would be required to pay T. Webber to have my well pump reinstalled once said well drilling company completed their work to the well. I decided to get a second opinion before allowing the drilling company to service the well. May 17,2021 I decided to contact Quackenbush water systems Co. Inc. A Quackenbush tech arrived at my home on May 17,2021, accessed the well pump, pressure tank, kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks without a charge to me. Said tech explained the toilet in the upper bathroom is the problem. Said tech turned off the toilet in the upper bathroom and without delay the kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks began to run water with adequate water pressure. Said tech recommended a plumber to contact to service the upper bathroom toilet. Interesting how the the Quackenbush tech yielded a constructive result to my problem without charge versus the T. Webber tech who charged me a hefty fee but produced no change to my problem. My complaint is not about the workmanship of T.Webber, this appears to be of a high quality, however their ethics may require some adjustments, it appears because of my lack of knowledge about plumbing, wells etc. I was taken advantage of and deceived into having work done that may not have been necessary to fix my problem.

Left when the project was almost done and did not return for nearly 2 hours. Left work for me to finish. Physical work ok, but why was not it finished as indicated? Then they contacted me to reimburse me for the amount that cost me to finish the job.

Job was done on time and on budget.

Outstanding experience from the initial quote to the completed work. Jim and Roy are skilled professionals who went above and beyond our expectations when installing the plumbing for our remodel. They were respectful, quiet, cleaned up when work was completed and are craftsmen in their field. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again for future work.

There was a confusion on the service call price. I was told one amount and they deducted a lot less off the cost.

I was very pleased with T. Webber's response and immediate availability to my project need. The service person was courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced a septic pump motor the same day and left the work area neat and clean. A highly professional service company!

Did a great job.

Hard to say since I need to see how the a/c performs over time but seemed to explain and fix my overflowing pan that shut down my system. Keith had to snake out the sediment to allow the pan to drain. Good, prompt service. Keith was a good guy!

They delivered everything they promised. Their crew stayed late to get the job done in one day. They went way above expectations. Enjoying our central air !!!

Very expensive

T Webber was extremely professional. I am very cautious who I let work in my home. I explained to them I was looking for a contractor that would be very careful with everything in my home. The crew that installed the AC had obviously been told about my concerns as they mentioned it to me as soon as they arrived. Everything was covered and protected and the work was completed without issue. Everything came out great...

The technician that came to my home was professional and related. He took his time investigating the problem I had and made clear to me the basis of his recommendation for replacement of a 25-yer-old steam shower unit. What was particularly nice about using T. Webber was that the cost of the visit was substantially less than other local services would have charged.

Came on time immediately near midnight and very experienced. He fixed the issues and charge reasonable price in the midnight.

Prompt, efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the service.
