We found a nightmare of a sight when my husband opened our a/c unit to discover black mold everywhere. I searched for help and decided to request a quote from TXT Home Services based off prior google reviews. I immediately got a text from Mike asking when it was a good time to chat. (A huge plus in my book that he asked when it would be convenient and did not start calling me incessantly!) Mike came to our home as soon as he was available and explained what was going on and what they could do to help. We didn't feel like anything unnecessary was being pushed on us and the quote that was provided was very fair. A few days later, Zacharia was at our house at 8:00am to take care of everything and stayed until almost 7:00pm, ensuring that everything we needed was done properly. He meticulously cleaned both of our units, installed UV lights and a new HEPA filter to prevent further issues, and adjusted parts of our units to make sure they run as smoothly as possible from here on out. We are incredibly grateful that we found Mike and his team to help with this hefty undertaking in our home. It was a costly issue, but we are resting easy knowing that it was well worth the price to have a reliable company take care of it. The price quoted is the exact price we paid and we are confident this wont be an issue again in the future, thanks to their help.
