I contacted TYCO Plumbing with regards to an issue with our water heater. They were quick to respond back and got us on the schedule for the following day. Their technicians, Josh and Lance were responsive, on time and very professional. The work that they performed was high quality and they had the job completed within a couple of hours. I would absolutely recommend TYCO and plan on using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Tyco is simply the BEST. A company and people who are genuinely good. I couldn't ask for a better or more honest plumber. Tyler is fantastic, and Rich and Mike are outstanding. Seriously, they're there when you need them and you never have to worry about if they're being honest. This is a company that values their customers and the relationships built. Tyco has done multiple jobs for us. They've installed a tankless water heater, cleaned out drains, fixed faucets, installed toilets, and more. I researched 3 different plumbing companies and Tyco was half the price of the other two companies. I was shown what needed to be repaired which was exactly the same information from the others. Also he found a less damaging alternative than tearing up the yard. They are very helpful in setting up a good time to take care of the system. Tyler allowed me to pay half now and the other half at the end of month when my refi closes which helps me very much Very pleasant experience.

I have them to replace the water heater in my rental home while I was out of town and weather was very cold. We communicated through the phone and text massage. My renter told me they did a good job. So I am happy with it.

I recommend Tyco. I hesitated calling them (I think because the hard "c" in the name which is weird, i know) but i have had them out two separate unrelated times. They gave me a price over the phone, didn't charge a trip fee, were totally reasonably priced, didn't do work that didn't need to be done but was very knowledgeable about professional about the work they did do. These are officially my go to plumbers!
