Yuri of T & Y Flooring did an awesome job on the installation of our hardwood floors! My husband and I are thrilled with the results. He does quality, clean work and accurately estimates how much time the project will take. His great sense of humor is an added bonus!

Yuri replaced our cast-iron bathtub with a tiled shower and repaired tiling in another shower after another installer had done a shoddy job. He did a phenomenal job with both projects. The craftsmanship and precision of the work were excellent, and Yuri was adaptable when he encountered some unusual 1950's plumbing and foundations. Yuri was very punctual, professional, friendly, and stuck exactly to his timeline and cost estimates. He explained every step of the process and was accommodating to small requests along the way. He also kept the area neat and clean at the end of each day. We would strongly recommend Yuri!

I found Yuri on the HomeAdvisor website and hired him on the basis of his excellent reviews. He did not disappoint. We had a difficult project: installing a tile facade over a 25' brick fireplace in our home. After a week of treading carefully on scaffolding and essentially performing a highwire act, our new fireplace is stunning. We are grateful for his services and will hire him again in the future. I should mention that working at such heights was not his favorite part of the job (although he was quite cheerful about it) so don't be surprised if he is not eager to do it again. But his advice, preparation, tile installation, clean-up and work ethic were outstanding.

Yuri just finished installing new subway tile in our bathroom/shower and installed vinyl flooring in the bathroom and landing. My wife and I couldn t be happier with the end result. From start to finish, Yuri answered all of our questions (even provided input on the products we were picking out). He showed up on time, took care of the work area and did an excellent job. He is also very personable which made it a great experience. We will definitely call Yuri for future tiling/flooring projects.

Yuri removed carpet and installed vinyl wood look flooring in my living room, dining room, and kitchen. He also installed tile flooring in the bathroom. He did an awesome job at a reasonable price. He was punctual and could not be any nicer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My grade for this project is A+. Yuri leveled my 840 square foot floor in my finished basement, moved a lot of furniture and bookshelves as he worked, removed the existing flooring, and installed new laminate. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Yuri did it all himself, and he is very competent, professional, punctual, and personable. 5.0 all the way.

I am a very fussy person that expects perfection! YURI removed the carpet and installed hardwood floors in two rooms and a landing. I found him to be a very hard worker and a perfectionist with a passion for excellence. He worked in each room moving furniture around as he goes! My floors were squeaky before he started. He screwed down all the floorboards before he laid down the hardwood. The squeaks are gone! So good! He does the job himself b/c he wants to be sure it is done perfectly! He cleans as he goes, does all the cutting outside the house, stacked all the old carpet in rolls ready for trash! I want to install hardwood throughout the house and YURI is my man! He is pleasant, fast, and always on time! I highly recommend YURI - T and Y Flooring, LLC.

Yuri did a wonderful job tiling our bathroom, shower, and floor. He was an A+ professional from the beginning to the end of the project. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tiling project to hire Yuri!

Yuri was a total professional and unbelievable craftsman. He did everything he promised us to do and more. Was on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of each day. He installed 620 square feet of hardwood flooring in our 3 bedrooms and powder room. He removed all the carpet and moved the furniture all by himself. This man is a one man show!! Nothing intimidates him doing a job. He even put on felt pads under all the bedroom furniture so it would not scratch are beautiful floors. It was sad seeing him leave his last day here but I m recommending him to my son for flooring at his house so I m sure I ll see him again.

Yuri did everything right! We're not so young, and it was great that he moved the heavy stuff. And, we didn't need to move out; he did the floors in stages, moving stuff around as needed for each stage. The woods he handles are the best I've seen, and the result was truly excellent. He provided perfect customer service in every way. We put this project off for years because of the expected disruption, but with Yuri, the disruption was minimal, and I wish we had done the work five years ago. He took care of every detail, such as putting felt pads under every item that might possibly scratch the floor. We had paint left from when our rooms were painted, so he painted and installed the moldings, which ended up perfectly matching the baseboards and walls. Workmanship was excellent. He also was super neat and clean, sweeping and vacuuming every evening. I recommend him very highly!!
