I had a great experience working with Mike from Tyke Appraisals. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate every part of my property, including permitted upgrades that others had overlooked. His report was detailed and supported by strong, relevant comparables, and he helped validate the true value of my home after real estate agents had brought in low estimates that didn’t reflect its condition or unique features. He was also respectful of my time, communicated clearly, and made me feel much more confident moving forward. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and thorough appraisal.

I worked with Mike Kozenko, he had first said he'd be by in the morning when my son wouldn't be home. Didn't show up till the afternoon. Then said he would have the appraisal ready in 3 days, but wanted to payment before sending it. After 3 days he asked for the payment in full. I sent it. 11 days later, after asking when I would get it on the 10th day, he started sending text at 1am with some details as if he was just starting then. At 11am that morning I finally got the report in an email. No apology for the delay or anything. Till the company after for a review 45 days after, where I gave this same review. He only then sent an email with, "I'm sorry for the delay on the report". Clearly not sincere.

Mike was fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to get us thousands more compared to was the original appraisal was. Highly recommend his services if you want someone who will shoot you straight and get the job done right.
