He did very nice job for me.

Needs to stay to the agreement. Show up on time, have ethics. I will not hire him again. He does not care about other peoples possessions.

Great very knowledgeable on many things.

He is not professional.

He never showed up to finish the job. He kept saying he would come out and never did.

Mr Ty is not a professional. He was late from the beginning, had an unprofessional appearance was begging for money and he is a liar. He begged for gas money, he brought his personal affairs to the business transaction, did not clean up and threaten a lien on my house for work that was not completed. Mr Ty should be not working in Texas and should not be working with HomeAdvisor.

I hired them to install a retractable awning on the back porch. They installed and believed that it was secure. Thirty minutes after they left , the awning top bolts came out and the awning came down. After having someone else look at it, I was told it was incorrectly installed. TYT offered to come back to repair, but I decided to go with someone else. They were late many times. I understand that things happen beyond a persons control and you cannot always be on time but this happened too many times.

Not on time, Unprofessional work clothes (didn?t wear shirt when he got hot, was unbutton most days.

It cost $28.50 per 15 minutes PLUS a $75.00 fee no one ever mentioned to me. The man I spoke with to schedule work told me $150.00 for 3hrs. Charge was over $425.00.

They are great folk and I will be using them soon.

Ty was great! He called shortly after my request was submitted for repairs on my attic ladder. After learning it would not fold to close the attic door, Ty arranged to stop by after a morning appointment and quickly remedied the problem by replacing the hinge screws 5 minutes at the most! Couldn t be more pleased and will definitely rely on Ty s help in the future whenever snafus around the house surface.

He does not follow through with even a written proposal, he does not complete tasks. Not reliable and he leaves a terrible mess

Ty Todar responded IMMEDIATELY to repair my front mailbox door. It turns out he had to replace the entire mailbox because the door had lost anything to grill into. It was expensive, but worth the money as yesterday I was ready to hire, and today the job is completely complete and done well! Ty works with Norman P. of TYT.
