"Permitting process with the County is a slow process which can take up to 30 days. Engineering is also slow and can take 5-6 weeks - which is where your project is at currently."

Unprofessional, lack of communication, I was told it would take 2 weeks for the materials but it has been 6 weeks with no updates! Nice receptionist, but she cannot do anything, I am concerned rain will damage the floors since they left nothing but the empty frame. Very disappointing.

"Unfortunately Ms. Cruz your window order slipped thru the cracks and was not ordered when framing was complete. Windows are not ordered until framing is complete. This was not realized until recently, however the order has been placed. We regret any delays and inconvenience this may have caused. We will issue you a $200.00 credit on your final bill for any inconvenience and will address the open frame either today or tomorrow."

Tabor Homes & Exteriors did an excellent job on replacing our roof on a manufactured home we own in the Socastee area. The roof had started to leak and was in poor condition. David Jimison, the owner of this company, was exceptionally responsive to our needs, prompt with an estimate and gave us a reasonable price. He stayed in touch throughout the process of replacing the roof and was always organized and efficient. His roofing crew did an excellent job of replacing the roof and cleaning up afterward. David was always pleasant and helpful. He is also quite knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
