I wish I could give Sammy and the guys at Tabora a 1000 star rating, they are that good! When one of our outside units failed, I asked our neighbors for recommendations, and the ones that had HVAC issues all spoke very highly of Tabora. I was never that impressed with other HVAC companies I had dealings with in the past so I decided to call Sammy at Tabora. That was one of the best decisions I ever made with regard to finding a honest, experienced and quick reacting home service company. After troubleshooting, the technicians thoroughly explained the situation and laid out the pros, cons, estimated costs and timeframes of possible fixes to include repair and/or replace (including units from different manufacturers). Since the upstairs was never that comfortable during very hot and cold days even when the existing unit was working, I went with one of the replace options. Sammy was out of town, but he and I had a great dialog as he researched and fined tuned the initial estimates. Got a great price and installation schedule and the folks that did the install showed up on time and did an excellent job. The upstairs is now very comfortable regardless of the outside temperature and I couldnâ  t be happier with the results. A few months after the install I noticed a rattling noise from the outside unit (this was on a Saturday) and sent Sammy a text/email explaining the situation (not an emergency as the unit seemed to be working working well). I was very surprised and pleased that two techs showed up early Sunday morning and quickly resolved the problem - never expected such a quick response to a non-emergency! Bottom line: As far I am concerned, Tabora is the best company in the business and are highly recommended for anyone needing HVAC repair, installation and.or maintenance.

Amazing service. We had an issue with a two-year old York A/C unit. We called Tabora, and Sammy was happy to work with York to replace a part that was under warranty, even though he did not do the original install. He was prompt, efficient, honest and friendly. It doesnâ t get better than that. This was the second time he has done service for us, and from now on Sammy Tabora is my go-to guy for heating and air conditioning.

My HVAC system and Heat Pump was original to my 1979 Townhome. The AC was on its last legs, the heat was cool damp smelly air blowing in. Over the past 3 years I had nine (9!) companies come out to quote a price. All I got were complaints; The closet is too small, you need to find your own contractor to remove walls to create access. One guy had his boss screaming at him not to quote the job because â  I dont do that work!!â  Quotes ranged from $4000 to $10,000. All quoted different tonnages and different seers. There were also nonquotes because my job was â  too small to be worth quotingâ  Sammy Tabora of Tabora AC and Heating was recommended to me on the Nextdoor app after her difficult residential install. Sammy walked me thru what was there, what would need to be done and how it would be finished. He included the furnace, the heat pump and all labor/materials including the patching and painting of the walls where access would need to be gained. His quote for my new Carrier system was logical, reasonable and in the middle of all the other quotes. He didnâ  t sell me any â  Extrasâ  and worked with the tonnage I wanted. He answered all my calls immediately including the 2 buttdials due to my dog grabbing the phone. His guys are professional smart fast and sweet. Also clean. And FAST! We blocked 2 days, done in one. This company is the real deal the owner of the company is very polite and very professional at what he does I was very pleased with not only his work but how he explained everything he was going to do. He cleaned all his mess up and had my heat pump running after a several hours. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to get AC work done.

I decided to replace my attic heat pump due to a defective evaporator coil. Got many estimates and decided on Tabora AC and Heating because of excellent material and pricing. Based on the online reviews, I'm glad I made the right choice. Sammy's crew did a great job replacing my old AC system. They were very professional from start to finish. The crew of three showed up on time and completed AC system installation ahead of schedule. Prep/clean up by the crew was excellent. Sammy stop by to check on progress and made sure I'm up a running. Sammy is the most honest contractor that you will ever do business with. He makes a point of selling you what you NEED and not try to upsell you on non-essential items/packages/guarantees or unnecessary components like so many other contractors do to take advantage of their clients. As a result, he has the best prices and his will be one of the best contracting experiences you will ever have. His installation team shows up on time. He told me they would be at my home at 8am, his truck was out front of my home before 8am ready to get to work. He told me the job would take 5 hours, they were finished in 4 1/2 hours. Sammy and his team are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and made sure that the job was properly completed and tested for correct operation before they left. Installation was flawless and they ensured that all work areas were cleaned up prior to departing. He is always accessible and very responsive... from getting a free estimate for his service, after you sign a contract and even after the work is completed. Sammy came back to my home a week after the installation for a quick inspection to ensure that the system was still operating properly and that I had not encountered any problems. You canâ  t be his prices, expertise and customer service, the best!

Sammy at Tabora AC & Heating did a fantastic job on my HVAC replacement in my rental unit. He was fast, courteous, professional, and put in the top of the line Carrier HVAC at about 75% of the cost of competitors. When my tenant had a question on the air filter, he actually went back to the condo the same day. I've dealt with other HVAC companies in the past. Tabora and Sammy are the absolute BEST EVER.

I used Tabora for an annual HVAC inspection to satisfy my condo requirements. Sammy called right away and scheduling was easy. He and the technician arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did a thorough inspection. My only minor gripe is administrative. It turned out certain things needed to be documented on the invoice - and though this was not Sammy's fault - it took a lot of nudging from me and several delayed promises of sending an updated invoice before I could close this out. He did complete it, and was friendly throughout.

The customer service of Sammy is the best. Sammy in his technicians are knowledgeable. I know replacing heating and cooling system in my home is not that cheap. I'm so satisfied that I got the best deal for my money. I'm so impressed with how Tabora and his team conduct business. I will definitely used them again and highly recommend.
