All Tacinelli's residential installations are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Yes, I would. The men who came worked constantly to finish the initial sanding and application of the first coat even though the hour was getting late. I was consulted as to my preferences of color and finish as the project was being done.

I never knew how much clean up had to be done after the floors are done. you have to wash all the walls down. every nook and cranny gets dust on it. I would recommend Tacinelli but I would never recomend having the floors done, It is just to much work cleaning everything. Tacinell did a very nice job they are very profesional

On 4/23/07 - I chose Tacinelli Flooring to refinish my hardwood floors and this was the best decision I ever made. The entire staff was friendly, professional and from start to finish the job was complete at the exact date given with the estimate. My floors are over 40 years old, and now they look brand new! Tacinelli were very professional and knowledgeable from the time they first came to do the estimate through to the final finishing and cleanup work. The only minor hitch was a slight work stoppage due to a personal injury (not related to the job.) Although this meant a slight overall delay, the foreman was very apologetic and explained the situation reasonably and then himself came and worked extra hours on the weekends in order to recover some of the lost time (which is why I have kept the Timeliness rating at "Very Good"). All in all, they did a great job and I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
