This company is the biggest rip-off. I was unlucky enough to get them sent over through my warranty company back in October. I paid $75 for them to come out and the tech did not seem like he had any idea what was actually wrong with my refrigerator. He called his boss who also seemed unsure about my refrigerator. However, having already paid them we decided to move on with them ordering the part. I called and spoke to someone 3 separate times and told them I would like to move forward since we needed our fridge fixed. When we spoke to someone today he claimed they *refused to come out because I had an attitude with them* and *did not seem confident in their abilities*. Clearly based on the other reviews I had a good reason to be concerned about their lack of abilities. I also never had an attitude with anyone. I was more than nice and patient given the fact that they went back and forth with me since October and did not bother to even order the part. If these grown men got their feelings hurt because I had the audacity to ask questions then perhaps they should not be in business. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau for seriously poor business practices. Businesses like these give repair companies a bad name.

Warranty co hired them to fix washer gasket, assigned 6-4-18, finally ordered part and after many calls tech showed up 7-1-18 to install. Tech was inexperienced and stayed 3 hrs to try to change gasket. As he was leaving, tried washer and flooded floor. Immediately called owner, rather than come back to fix it, he resigned and did not come back. Another company came back and fixed it in 30 minutes.

"This was around a 10 year old dryer with a broken belt. I replaced belt on site and was able to get the drum turning again immediately. After this, there was a complaint about the dryer not drying well, which was a different problem altogether than a broken belt and the drum not turning at all. I returned and cleaned a very clogged dryer vent hose and shortened it and did not charge anything. I worked on this dryer after hours and on the weekend. I returned again and placed the dryer in an automated diagnostic check and it passed all checks with no errors. Everything measurable was checking good. I contacted the manufacturer and replaced the parts they suggested, starting with the cheapest parts. It got to where the last step was to replace the main control board, which even the manufacturer was not 100% sure that this would correct the problem. It would also have been a very expensive part to risk this. The manufacturer's best suggestion was to run the dryer for a longer selected time. The last I remember is reporting this information to the home owner. All of our previous ratings are mostly a perfect 5 stars and all ratings were 4 or more stars. We strive for job performance and satisfaction, which is why I spent many hours working and researching on this job, and even performing labor with no charge and not charging for most of my efforts to solve this issue. I am greatly sorry that we could not make you happy."
