I have called on Chris and Tactical Plumbing numerous times. They are professional and do a great job. I feel he is always honest with me and charges a reasonable price. (that is why I only call him now for any plumbing work I need done). Chris is a great guy. I highly recommend this company.

I am so excited to write this review. I tried to adjust the hot water at the shower valve on the weekend using the manual and YouTube. I failed doing the adjustment which let me with a dripping faucet. I was using HomeAdvisor for the second time, first time in Jacksonville. On Monday I received the names three plumbing companies by HomeAdvisor. I called Tactical Plumbing. I was expecting them to be like every other company. I called and say next week or next month. Tactical Plumbing did not, I can have Christian there this afternoon. I was so happy. I got a call two hours earlier than my appointment time. Christian can come right now. Christian was friendly, confident, professional and very experienced. He practiced all COVID precautions. Which delighted my family. He explained the cause to me. A faulty cartridge. He told the best and worst case scenarios. He did the best case scenario and replaced the shower cartridge in about 30 min. Perfect. Christian also looked at a faucet with a slow output. Christian told me what I needed. He didn’t try to tell a part but he told me the Moen faucet has a lifetime warranty. I called after the service call and Moen is shipping the part to me. What a great Plumber and Plumbing company. I picked Tactical Plumbing because of their 4.9 review average across Google, Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend Tactical Plumbing and I give them 10 stars out of 5. They were that great. I know my review was lengthy but I as I said I am excited to write this review. Outstanding job Tactical Plumbing. You have a customer forever.

Quick to respond, very detailed explanation. Simple, compared to other companies who are fishing to make extra work for extra money. Price ended up being about 1/3 of other quotes. Awesome job!!

Chris is an independent plumber and is able to work with low overhead. His estimate was 1/2 that of another vendor recommended by Home Advisor. Excellent price and service. Hire him!

Company had to install faucet twice due to defective faucet that I purchased from Home Depot. Company gave me credit for the extra work even though it was not their fault. Attention to detail was beyond reproach.

Chris and Brittaney were very easy to work with, professional and very knowledgeable. Scott represented the company well.

The serviceman was polite, friendly and installed my faucet promptly. However I realized the next morning he had not restored all the water lines so I could not use my dishwasher. I called the company and they assured me they would be out before the end of the day. They never came. Finally had to figure it out myself and I never heard back from them. Sorry I cannot recommend this company.

Chris was very professional and most of all Honest. He took the information on my water heater over the phone on Saturday he had one at his office and gave me a better price than Home Depot. He then came to my home on Monday with a new water heater, thermostat and heating element. After checking I only needed the element. This saved me a lot of money. I will definitely use him again for all my plumbing needs.

Chris the owner was fantastic! great customer service skills, friendly and honest. Chris replaced our water heater all by himself on a late night past office hours, delivered on his promise to have my water hot and running that night and showed great dedication, I would definitely recommend this service and will be using them as my first call for plumbing.
