The owner did a drive by quote and offered to come by to meet me personally afterward to discuss the scope of work which was nice. The quoted price was comparable to other services. The first service was scheduled and performed to get ahead of several days of rain which I appreciated. So far, so good.

I hired this company based on their reviews, ability to complete the job in the time I needed, and because as a veteran I like to support veteran run companies. I was not disappointed. I was contacted before and after the job was completed and I am very pleased with the quality of work and price I paid. I will definitely be hiring Tactical Solitions Lawn Care again in the future !

I decided to check out this Veteran owned business because I'm a veteran myself. I'll admit I was bit leary of the higher price, but because of all the high ratings and great comments, I was willing to give them a try. Patrick is the gentlemen I was dealing with and he seemed excited about the work they could provide, which intrigued me because most companies I've dealt with just come and go, providing the bare minimum. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. I have to admit, it was refreshing watching someone excited about the work they do. They provide a very detailed estimate on services provided. And if you sign up for auto-pay on a contract, you'll receive a discount in addition to a Veteran's discount. So now it came down to showtime and having them actually perform the work,. I wasn't able to be there when they did work, so Patrick sent me pictures. In addition, I've messaged him a couple of times asking questions, in which he quickly responded. To be honest, you almost feel spoiled with this kind of customer service. I don't feel like I have to hunt them down for answers, as they're already on top of it. Based off what I've seen so far, I look forward to using some of their other services in the future. Thank you Tactical Solutions Lawn Care and make sure you keep Patrick on board.

Tactical Solutions has a great team. They clearly value their customers and do all they can to ensure they are happy. Before calling, my yard was a disaster and despite wanting to maintain it my myself, I wasn't getting the job done. Team Tactical contacted me right after I submitted my request, provided a quote over the phone, and recommend a very reasonable annual subscription package that will care of everything we need: mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and mulching. They even offered to take care of the snow. These guys are great. They seem to represent everything that's great about Small Businesses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nice folks & hard workers but go over work with them when finished to be sure of completion as required. I have cancer & could not do that. Later found that they missed a good bit of what they were supposed to do. Made the job awfully expensive.

Tactical was extremely responsive to my quote request and other questions I had. Another company never even responded to my request through HomeAdvisor. Tactical gave me a decent price for a final leaf clean-up of the season, and they did the work as promised. I have a couple of small quibbles, but I'll share that with them off-line. I'd definitely use them again and recommend others to their service.
