We start with a couple of roof leaks an desided it would be best to do the complete roof. Tad gave us a good quote and compled the job in the time he quoted even though it was bad weather. I will be using Tad to replace my siding and install a deck with a screened in porch.

Mr. Brown furnished a new Frigedaire, 12,000 BTU, Remote-Control, window air conditioner and installed it in a wall cut-out for a family room. Mr. Brown removed the old air conditioner, modified the size of the wall opening to fit the new A/C and installed the new A/C. He verified proper operation, explained the new features, and cleaned up the area. Mr. Tad Brown is a very dependable handy man with a pleasant demeanor and a professional business attitude. You can't go wrong by using Mr. Brown's services. I highly recommend him.
