If you are a homeowner considering using Tafur LLC for power washing the exterior of your house, do not be fooled by the 5star reviews here. This is a clear case of a business banking on past 5star ratings and cheating future clients. Tafur LLC deserves zero stars for their current work and is using their past ratings to cheat and deceive unsuspecting homeowners. Let what happened to us be a warning to you to stay away from using this business. On April 22, 2022, Tafur LLC absolutely destroyed the vinyl siding of our house leaving unsightly chemical/bleach stains and streaks all over the exterior of the house to the extent that it is beyond repair & needs to be completely replaced. Additionally, during the power wash, Brittany from Tafur LLC assured us that their specially trained employee would do a soft wash of the roof as its a very specific procedure that needs to be done carefully. However, this alleged soft wash was so fast & rough that it ripped off roof shingles! I saw the employee simply place the shingles back on & preparing to pack up and leave, like nothing happened. I confronted them, at which point they just borrowed a hammer from me and drove 2 nails into the shingles. One of the employees peed in our backyard on the common fence we share with a neighbor, who was rightfully livid, as they have a raised vegetable garden adjacent to the fence and we had to face our neighbors ire. The employees at Tafur LLC are clearly incompetent, unskilled, reckless and irresponsible and Alex, the owner of Tafur LLC, does not supervise or spot check his staff nor does he take responsibility for the very obvious damage they caused. When Alex finally arrived to inspect the damage on May 5, 2022 he wasn't sure what we wanted him to do. There are now permanent and unsightly chemical streaks all over the vinyl siding of the house caused by the cleaning solution & technique that Tafur LLC employees used. Alex even challenged us to report him to Better Business Bureau (BBB), which we informed him we were ready to do. After that, Alex did a full walk around of the house and acknowledged that there were chemical streaks & stains throughout and stated that it would fade over 2 weeks but the stains remained unchanged and we informed Alex. On May 24, Alex showed up & tried to scrub off on one section of the house & told us to wait a day and let him know results. The stains remained and we informed Alex. Then, Alex replied that he doesn't know anything else but to replace the vinyl siding, to which we agreed. He even told us to give him a sample of the color of the current siding so he can match it. We followed up with Alex, including via email on May 25, June 1 and June 4, with no response, except on June 4, Alex responded that he ordered a product that might help us to restore the siding. I'll be back to you as soon as possible with date to apply the product . It is now July 5 and we have yet to hear back from Alex or Brittany, we have to look at the permanent stains, streaks and discoloration that Tafur LLC left on our house after their horrendous power wash. Alex, the owner of Tafur LLC knows & acknowledged that this damage was caused by his company but he just wants to ignore and push aside the actual solution and try to do a cover up. Tafur LLC damaged our house and they should be held responsible and take accountability for their poor workmanship and awful customer service. We told Alex that mistakes happen in business and all he has to do is rectify the issue. We have tried in vain to resolve this with Tafur LLC but now have no choice but to escalate this issue as Alex has stopped responding to our emails and voicemails. I've used Tafur LLC for cleaning our windows, for several years. The quality of work is outstanding and the staff's professionalism is the best in the business. They are very responsive to requests and schedule changes. Their prices are very reasonable, making the value the best in the area. I'll use again, and again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE VERY PLEASE WITH THEIR WORK

Very professional and quick responses to texts and calls. Alex came out and walked around property explaining what they would do to clean the exterior of the house. Brittany kept in touch with us and kept us informed when they would be arriving to the house. They were quick and efficient and the house looks great! The house trim is bright white again! I would recommend this company to others!

Alex went above and beyond in power washing our home . He took his time and even eashed our bilco door without extra charge. He did a nice job washing the area of the house behind the trees t. Brittany was very responsive when I needed to reschedule . I highly recommend this business.
