it seemed through so I had our daughters house done also, The first tech used a manual type tool and the second a tool with a vacuum. I have made an appointment to have the second tech do a whole house duct cleaning,

Actually ducts and vents cleaning. Do NOT use this company! They opened the ceiling air return, put the brush in to clean then dumped everything in the into the AIR of the adjoining rooms! It was like Hiroshima! All the glassware/barware, furniture, brand-new pool table felt, floors, walls, display pieces...everywhere! I hired them to clean the vents and air ducts so all this dust would not be in my home, instead they dispersed it throughout. And he told me he did it on purpose...it has to come out...yes, but in a vac system sealed off, not completely open and into the rooms. We have to call another company to come out and clean up...maybe $5000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rich was very thorough. had cleaned years ago, all they did was the return vent, Rich did all of them. Thank you Rich.

Great customer service. My clothes dryer wasn't drying clothes at all. At the end of cycle the clothes were hot and still wet. Rich from Tahoe Clean Air cleaned out the vent, which is 32 feet long, in about 45 minutes. The entire length was packed full of lint and there was no air flow. I now have good air flow again and my dryer works like new. Money well spent.

Waste of money. I was given an inaccurate quote over the phone, they did not show up till after appt window time, the dryer is worse since having it cleaned and management never called back to discuss our concerns. The service guy was very nice, but I will never use this company again.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents The work done was thorough and excellent. Good clean up and finish work. They were great to work with. The price seemed very high for this first cleaning and full service, and that was not clear when I first called them. Repeat cleanings in the future (which will now be less work) are guaranteed to be more as I expected.

Very polite man explained just what he was going to do....

He was very informative about the vents. He took before & after pictures to show the vents and accommodating with our schedule.

It takes 3 - 4 hours to complete. If they find something bad, it will cost a lot more than anticipated but glad I had it done.

Matt was very thorough in cleaning my ducts taking his time to ensure each was very clean showing me before and after pictures.

They did a thorough inspection and did a good job.. the price was a little expensive than i thought.

Peyton came alone one day and with an assistant (I didn't catch here name) another day. They were great. Our system is very clean and running smoothly now.

Bad follow through. Created a problem with leaking water in laundry room and still to date have not responded to my email or phone call to even attempt to rectify.

He and another young man came and put shoe covers on at our request. They took their time and were very thorough with the cleaning. They put everything back. He fixed a vent improperly installed by another company.
