I was very satisfied, but I did not have any other experience to compare.

Very efficient and on time

Just move into the home. Waiting for the dryer so wanted vent cleaned ahead of time. He seemed to do ok, but could not find the end of the vent that went to the outside, so I am not sure we really got it cleaned as it should be.

Shawn did a great job. He was very professional and very considerate of us. He wore his mask the whole time he was here. We would use this company again

Sam did a great job cleaning our air ducts and vents today. He was professional and worked hard from the time he got there until he left for the day. I would use this company again to clean my air vents!

If I could give this experience minus stars, I would! I hired this company to clean my air duct vents and dryer vent. I was told that they were running a special and the cost was $9/vent, $15 per return vent, and that my dryer vent cleaning would be free. Technician (Victor) arrived on time and told me there was a 10 vent minimum and that my dryer vent cleaning would cost between $99 (minimum charge) to $150 since I was not going to have my HVAC system cleaned. He said it was only free with a full system cleaning. I explained that I just had my annual HVAC tune-up and it did not need to be cleaned. I called the office with the tech listening to the conversation. I explained what I had originally been told and what the tech was telling me and was transferred to the office manager (who was very nice). I had the phone on speaker so that the tech could hear the conversation. She explained that there was a 10 vent minimum and that if the tech looked and acknowledged the HVAC system was clean, I would get the dryer vent cleaning for free. I asked the tech if he heard her and understood. He said yes and went out to get his equipment. He came back in and told me he had called his boss, that the office was wrong and there would be a charge for the dryer vent. I called the office back and was on hold for a while. During that time he offered to start the work and I explained until I spoke with office manager again I did not want him starting. He was very argumentative with me and decided to leave while I was still on hold. I spoke with the office manager again and explained what occurred and that I had specifically taken the day off from work to get the air duct vents and dryer vent cleaned. The office manager understood my feelings and apologized for what occurred. The tech called me back and said he was told to come back and do the job. I explained that there was no way I was letting him back in my home to do the job and that he really needed some customer service training. I said I would allow a different tech to do the job but he said he was the only one working today. Now I have to find another company to do the job. Based on this experience I will NEVER call Tahoe Clean Air again! I definitely will share my experience with everyone I know.

The up sale in the vent cleaning business was amazing. What I thought might cost 300 dollars was up sold to 900 dollars. What they represent as what they do is a far cry from a complete job.

I would not recommend these guys at all!!! We got are vents cleaned and one intake done and had them all sprayed with disinfected for 438 dollars. The guy was nice when he was taking my money. A few weeks past and we notice that are upstairs was not cooling like it was before. So I remember him saying that the dampers could be adjusted to force air up stairs. So I called and had him come back out telling me that him sticking a brush in the Vents moving the Dampers was not his problem. So how is him moving the dampers not his doing? All I wanted was him to adjust them back because I am not a professional and now nothing about this. They were working extremely good before he did the cleaning. He was rude said its wasn't his problem. He was trying to blame the blower motor.

Service was excellent

I called their receptionist and setup a schedule appt. 3 weeks away. We mentioned that we want to have a complete house system air duct cleaning with free air filter as advertised online for $450. On the day of appointment, we waited from 8a-11a and no one showed up or call. We called them and left the message and they mentioned that they called an no one answer. They have both of our phone number and none of them have any call or message. We rescheduled the appointment. This time the technician called before he came. He inspected couple vents and showed us to have a complete cleaning it would cost $1700+. We said, I thought $450 for complete system clean-up. He said, he has to call his boss. In short, at the end we paid $655 and it is not complete air duct cleaning as we expected and without any free filter as advertised. We will continue report this to BBB and other review source.

My biggest complaint is the cost! Specifically the treatments of the sanitizer, germicide and odorcide, especially the odorcide which alone is $150.00. Could have got a can of Glade air freshener for $5.00 and achieved the same result! My recommendation - have your ducts cleaned, skip the treatments. Way too overpriced!

They left my house pretty dirty but the guys who did the cleaning were nice and professional.
