Great service and product! Dan gave me an estimate on the spot - which was substantially less than estimates I received for similar products. He listened to my concerns and helped design a customized closet. He was very knowledgeable because he also installs them himself. I would definitely use them again!

Dan spends a lot of time making sure that everything is done right - from the plans to the install. Some wrong pieces were shipped for my closet (just had the holes showing instead of being smooth), but Dan still installed the closet and then returned a few weeks later to put in the correct pieces. He would not take payment until everything was perfect. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the process ended up taking much longer than I expected. However, I am thrilled to have the new closets - it really helped with adding more space and organization to our older home.
