Great on time worked hard cleaned up

We hired Talant to renovate our guest bathroom. Showed up on time evey day, great communication, and excellent work! Very satisfied with everything. Would definitely hire them again.

Talant replaced a rotted ceiling joist and patched and painted drywall. The work was great and you can't tell that a repair was made.

Fantastic job. Had a leak fixed, tiling replaced, drywall, and 3 window sills replaced. Very friendly, communicative, flexible, and all around excellent work. We are planning a bathroom remodel and will have the do the work.

Working with Talant was wonderful. We interviewed 5 contractors before starting this project and he was by far the most reasonable. He was timely to communicate with and was never late for an appointment. He did all of the work himself - no subcontractors = better rates. He tore one of our bathrooms down to the studs (except left the bathtub) redid the flooring, replaced the vanity, retailed the shower, installed all new shower plumbing (we split the valve to add a hand held option), added a pocket door, added lighting in the shower, replaced the light fixture above the vanity and had him replace the carpet on our stairs and repaint another room. He was great and everything looks wonderful. We had no complaints at all throughout the project. He put down canvas every day and cleaned up before leaving so it really wasn't disruptive. He let me know what I needed to buy and when he needed it. There were no delays at all (we did book with him in April for work done in June so he already ordered the custom vanity we needed and had it on day 1 of the project). We will absolutely work with him in the future!

When someone tells you that they will be at your house on such and such a day, and they show up on that day, that is like a breath of fresh air., that is exactly what Mr Talant did, not to mention the excellent job he did installing the new vent covers on my house. Worth every penny.A+++++

Mr. Talant was very professional and very knowledgeable. He not only repaired the piping under my sink but also replaced the bottom of the cabinet that had been rotted thru water damage. He cleaned thoroughly and really spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. I will and I have already referred him to new clients.

Talent did a great job.

Very professional and extremely honest. We had to have our shower replaced because of a crack in the shower pan damaging the subfloor. This is a very costly repair so I obtained 3 estimates. One contractor stated I needed to tile my entire bathroom. When I asked Talant if this was necessary his response was 'absolutely not'. I appreciated his honesty. He also showed up on time and his craftsmenship was outstanding.
