Talbert Irrigation and its owners exceeded my expectations in all areas. I've lived in the community for over 40 years and have contracted numerous companies resulting always in frustration and disappointment. After they came to repair my Irrigation system, it was evident that they are resolutely the best in all areas: professionalism, courtesy, commitment, excellence in service and promptness, and much more!

From my first contact with Talbert it was a good experience. As soon as I submitted the web request I received a time and date for my repair. Page with Talbert helped with coordination of repair. My technician, Brian White, arrived before the expected time and went to work immediately. Brian diagnosed our problems and worked to get repairs accomplished. Brian explained each step to my full understanding. All systems tested and we are fully operational again. The pricing for service was below my expectation, and all work is guaranteed.

Fast, efficient, knowledgable

Never showed when they said they would. When they did finally show it was when I was away . Tore up yard removing pump from river then charged 1500$..Had another company fix the pump and reinstall. That company did a great job!! As for Talbert again doesn't show on time and I finally gave up on them..looking for new company

All issues fixed. Price charged was much higher than I expected. Conveince vs. value won out. I will seek other contractors in the future instead of taking the first offer. I was informed that all responding contractors were charge $22 by Home Advisor for my lead. I will let them all have a fair chance at estimating the work next time. Sorry to the other two respondents that I didn t give a chance.

Came immediately (in very cold weather, in the teens) to address an active water leak from the sprinkler system. Very good at diagnosing the problem (split pressure coupling on the main water line that connected the sprinkler T-connection). Water to the house was off for less than 8 hours, waiting on temps to rise above freezing so that repairs could be made (minimum temp for glue to set). Cameron did great work in tough conditions and paid great attention to detail. Honest man doing great work in difficult conditions and he made a new friend in the process.

It was freezing cold and my sprinkler system main popped it's top, I came home to a gusher, and I had no idea how to stop the water. I called installer no answer & no return call (yes he is on Home Advisor) I logged into home advisor and asked for a right now appointment, Cameron, from Talbert called me & I explained the situation he knew exactly what I was talking about and he came right out and even apologized for the other guys lack of service and went over the details of what he needed to do with prices. He was so professional, kind, courteous!! Talbert Irrigation will have my business and anyone & everyone I can sing their praises to. He saved me from another gusher tonight and explained exactly how to winterize my system properly and said I could call ANYTIME with questions!!
