We received quotes for a full tear off and replacement of asphalt shingles due to leaking of our old roof. Matt personally came to our home and went over what quality materials he uses and the quote for services was great. We hired Tall Pines Roofing and the whole project was completed in one day. The crew was very professional, worked very hard and even took great care to protect all the landscaping around our home. Matt and his crew were great. Very professional. I got other quotes and Tall Pines was the best. I was really nervous about such a big project but Matt kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine. And he was right. I now have a beautiful new roof that I am very proud of.

Note, we got asphalt singles...metal was the only choice above. We live on Lake Ontario and our roof took damage from high winds. Tall Pines was one of the roofing companies I called to get repair estimates. Tall Pines was my clear and easy choice for the job. Matthew (the owner) stayed involved from start to finish. He met with the insurance estimator and even contacted my insurance company to check on my claim status. The job was promptly scheduled and within days materials arrived and the crew a couple days later. Dave (project manager) was excellent from start to finish. After a hail storm in our area did a lot of damage to our roof and siding, we were swamped with just about every contractor coming in trying to get our business. We reached out to them, not the other way around. Thankfully, Tall Pines wasn't pushy or insistent, but informative. Some of our neighbors went with out of state contractors, while Tall Pines is local. Due to being local, Matt was able to get to our roof quickly. Which was fantastic since we started getting a leak in the bathroom! Many of the neighbors that went with the out of state company are still waiting for any work to get started. Tall Pines and Matt have been awesome to work with! We will absolutely go back to Tall Pines if we ever need them again.

Because of the hail storm our roof needed new shingles. We had the good fortune to be introduce to Matt and Tall Pines Roofing. With the help of Matt, the process with the insurance company and the insulation of new shingles was made (for our part)stress free. In one day our old shingles removed and new high quality shingles were installed by a professional and dedicated crew who worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Leaving the premises and grounds as clean as when they arrived. I am very happy with the new look of our roof and would highly recommend contracting Tall Pines Roofing your shingles for a new roof or replacing old existing shingles.

This summer I discovered that my roof was leaking as I had cracking and bubbling in the plaster ceiling. I did what you are supposed to do and filed a claim with my homeowners insurance. After they wasted a month of time (during the rainiest summer ever) they tried to award me $400 after deductible, claiming that the roof could be patched. This was rather upsetting and a family friend recommended Matthew as a third party adjuster. He did an amazing job handling the insurance claim and knew what to say to get results. Matthew was able to get the insurance company to cover the cost of replacement for that section of the roof and cover some additional damages we found after further inspection. I then worked with Tall Pines to have my roof redone, we chose to go with a black textured standing seam metal roof. This roof, the crew and Matthew have all been amazing and words cannot express how impressed I am with the quality of workmanship, the conduct of the workers and the cleanliness of the jobsite. I would 100% recommend Matthew and Tall Pines to anyone who needs help with a roofing claim and is looking for a new roof.
