Went into rooms that were not on the list nor mentioned to clean. I was sitting downstairs and could have clarified any questions. Was recommending A handyman and questioned where I was getting the money for the projects I required to be done.

Talley's Cleaning is a very reliable cleaning service. Jacqueline does a thorough cleaning each and every time. I am ecstatic with the cleanliness of my home and I am VERY FUSSY ! Jacqueline cleans in places other Cleaning Companies did not think to clean. She is very professional - has to work around three (3) individuals in the home as she cleans not to mention my elderly Mom (4). She is great ! She goes above and beyond just cleaning and points out problem areas in my home and offers suggestions. She brought a problem table's finish back to life. I have a tough hardwood floor with a finish that shows everything and is difficult to clean without streaking. Jacqueline has cleaned it beautifully and consistently - shines like glass. I would highly recommend Talley's Cleaning Service.

I appreciated that Jacqueline came to our home to meet us and do a walk through to give us an accurate price. She told us exactly what products she preferred to use and agreed to bring her own vacuum. She scheduled us for the following week and will be coming every two weeks. She arrived ahead of time and was done in about three hours.

Professional, reliable and trustworthy. She does a thorough cleaning EACH time, not just the first. I even hired her to do a special job deep cleaning discolored grout in my family room and was surprised how well they were able to bring the grout back to it's original color. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Jackie made it a point to review everything and also go into what she does. I explained that my dining room table and baby grand piano are a dry clean. I came home to find that not only was it cleaned wet but also with what looks like a dirty rag as there were dirt marks on the top. It now has the lines on it that I might have to try to remove professionally. Although she was big to mention her insurance, she said she is not paying for professional fix.

"This is a blatant lie. I offered to help her fix the test streak left behind. She is unreasonable and wants a full piano restore for wood where the finish is coming off due to her neglect over many years. This is the second review by the same person. Now, she is harassing me. I offered reasonable help to fix the one water streak I left behind. The picture she showed me was not even where I tested the wood. This woman is trying to make an insurance claim over something that can be easily solved. The cracks in her wood were already there when I did my test wipe. She is lying. I gave no problem with my Equiptment, skills or using clean rags. All my things are always clean. I told her I could help her but she will not listen to reason. This needs to be removed. I am waiting on a call from CS to resolve this issue. I have many wonderful clients who know my CS level and I will do anything to help a reasonable, honest person. This person wants something for her own neglect. The only thing true here is that I did go over the products I would use in her home and what I do as a service!"

First-rate job...carpets shampooed, floors scrubbed clean, environmental surfaces dusted and wiped clean, windows cleaned. Even got the rust off the bathroom faucets! Amazing work...didn't recognize the place when they got done with it. Would recommend highly to anyone who needs a top-notch deep-cleaning.

Jackie is an extremely trustworthy person. I gave her a key to my house in case I wasn't home. I always came home to a very clean home, and especially clean bathrooms! I really trust her in my house when I'm not there. She has a great personality and is American (speaks English). I live in Newtown, she lives in Levittown but has many customers in Newtown, Yardley, Holland, Richboro, etc. I highly recommend her. You can call me for a reference. The overall cleaning was good with the exception of the tile floors I have downstairs. They were still dirty. I contacted Tally via text messaging. When I asked Tally why, I was told there was residue because of dirty grout. This was not residue, it was dirt and the floor looked like it had not been swept because I had found a sliver of glass from a bowl I broke the week before. Tally remarked to me that they have a 24 hour guarantee but when I suggested they give me a time to come out and take care of the dirty tile, I was not given a time. I was ignored. Furthermore, Jacqueline Tally was very unprofessional in her tone and in her exchange with me. When I told her I was unhappy with the floor and she need not come back to clean next month she continued the communication via text messaging and became very defensive. She called me nit-picky and suggested I go back to my former cleaner. This is hardly the response anyone should receive from a professional cleaning service and one that claims to provide 24 hour satisfaction.

"Upon initial inspection I could tell the home had not been cleaned in about 6-8 months. There was a layer of cat hair/dust over the entire home. We discussed the tile floors.of her home. Her tiles were deeply grouted, pitted and lines filled with dirt. I explained that a general cleaning of her floors would not be sufficient. I provided her a formal estimate to clean the tile flooring with the correct equipment; she did not accept. When she complained I offered her three solutions non of which she wanted to pay. I deep cleaned her home for 6 hours; floors were swept,vacuumed and mopped correctly. She asked me to scrub 320 sq on my knees-free"
