We needed a quick minimal clean of a tough dirty space. We did Not expect a super clean everything job. They were prompt and did what we required.

They arrived on time but the house was very dirty and we needed to clean the house completely after the job was done. We were very unsatisfied and will not use this service again.

Tammy got right to work when she got to our house and they did a great job in the house. They were very friendly and thorough and look forward to continuing the help.

She did a very good job but I have only had one appointment with her so far.

I asked the cleaners to do more than just basic cleaning (dusting and vacuuming), but to really scrub and clean. Unfortunately, for the $320 they charged, I had to go back and really clean everything myself and redust etc. I put out cleaning products, of which they maybe only used one. They kept asking at the end of the visit are you 100% satisfied---maybe three times. I hired cleaners because I work from home and was on conference calls and had to leave shortly. I wasnt able to really examine and check every room before they left. No way was the cleaning worth $300!!

Tammy and her daughter did not move anything to clean, didn't clean under the beds and used only a swiffer to clean the hardwood floors. They did not vacuum between the couch and the end tables. They did not dust the entertainment center at all. Did not wipe off the stove top, counters or wipe the outside of the microwave oven. I paid $150 and Tammy and her daughter were here for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I have know idea what they did during that time because my house was not very much cleaner than when I went to work that morning! T do not recommend this company!

Tammy and her daughter came on short notice and got the job I needed done quickly and efficiently.

Tammy has agreed to come back. I paid them $200 before I left the house and the work was not completed. I paid for a one time deep clean of a 2 bd/2 bath townhouse. Nothing was done in the living room, no surfaces were not wiped down (even kitchen counters) there was no dusting done in the downstairs of the home, vacuuming of rugs downstairs was not done, no furniture was moved to clean behind or underneath, the floors that were done were still spotted and soiled/not thoroughly cleaned. On the phone she agreed to do the inside of the refrigerator and it wasn't done. I have hired numerous people to clean my home and offices and felt very taken advantage of because I couldn't be there to oversee the work. I am very happy she agreed to come back and am sincerely hopeful to have a thorough deep clean done and write a rave review for her.

Tammy and her daughter came with less than 24 hours notice. They saved me loads of time cleaning to prepare for guests. Their enthusiasm was great and they came when I asked. You can count on them to do what you want and do it well. Thanks, ladies!
