TK & Prestige Solutions did an amazing job! I got a deep cleaning and when they left, my home was spotless, smelling fresh and clean. I wanted my home clean prior to getting surgery so I wouldn't have to worry during my recovery, but they did such a great job, now, I am thinking about getting monthly service.

I hired this company, Kimberly for a one-time deep cleaning. Kimberly was the only one that showed up-her helper called out for the day but she assured me she could do the job. She did not move several throw rugs and actually cleaned around them. Did not clean the shower door, missed cleaning spots in the bathtub, did not wipe the frame of the shower door, did not dust the headboard or the footboard of the bed. remove most things from the countertops in the kitchen and master bath so she just cleaned AROUND the items instead of moving them. She did a terrible job cleaning the face of the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. She did a horrible job around the master toilet! Did not clean any of the baseboards as she promised. Kimberly missed wiping the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. She did not clean the master shower and shower door. She left the floors so wet and never changed her water so my grout is dirtier than when she started. She streaked the master bathroom floor. And she used some kind of oil to clean my wood furniture but never buffed it in so when I touched the furniture the oil came off on my hands so I had to go around everywhere and buff it in before I could put anything back. She even used it on my White Shutters and ruined them. You can see streaks and how she cleaned just a wipe and all that oil just sitting there. I found most of this after she left. My blinds are probably ruined. I tried to rub and wash the oil off but the oil does not just come off. They now have a film I cannot remove. When she was here I told her I was not happy with her work. She is supposed to be the professional but I had to point out so many things I did not even want her to finish. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have to hire someone or do it myself to reclean everything that she touched. She parked in our driveway and left 3 oil stains that now my husband has to try and scrub off if possible. Totally DISSATISFIED!

Kimberly and her team did a great job cleaning my house after a massive construction project that had left the entire house dusty and dirty. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.
