Very professional. A good team of workers. Kept the area neat and left the yard clean.

They removed 2 trees on a busy street at a fair price.

Overall great company. A large, too close to the house pine tree removed, another large tree w/branches in wires was trimmed, row of old pines removed, along with removal of wild trees--price was very reasonable. Constant owner contact/communication before and during job, workmen were professional and friendly, clean-up quick and clean! The neighbor hired them for tree removal on the spot.

Punctual, Professional Quality Work

The owner was onsite with an estimate within one day. The work was scheduled and completed quickly - a good job for a fair price.

The work done at first was not what was told to me verbally on the estimate visit. I was not there when the work was being done and my wife had to call me twice and I had to I had to try to get the person in charge at the work site to do most of what was to be done. The work crew did come back and do most of it, but did not trim the entire tree.

Was clean and neat. We did get some grass damage and some holes from the machines but was expected. Over all they did a good job.

I was befuddled by theses people. I was impressed they they answered so fast. They came to estimate the job and I thought all was well. That's when things got crazy. They said they would come on Froday to do the work. They might be late because of a big job they had. They didn't show Friday, nor Saturday. On Sunday afternoon, I got a call that they were at the house doing the work and would I please answer the door and talk to them. They have been ringing and we won't answer. WE WERE OUT OF TOWN! I couldn't answer the door. Since they never called to let me know when they were coming, how could I know???? They came Monday to get their money. I was not home. My husband paid them. When I returned, I inspected the work. It was rather amateurish. Perhaps they do better with trees. For me, I feel I need to find someone who can trim hedges.

The crew was polite and professional. All items discussed where taken care of and cleaned up. They were even polite to my neighbor who was concerned about the work being over her property line. They made sure nothing was disturbed on her lot. Saved me an awkward conversation. I also appreciated Todd's estimate on the job. He addressed my concerns, made suggestions, but didn't try to up sell or make things seem worse than they were just to make a buck. The crew was on time for the job and worked efficiently. Will call them again for future work!
