Great working with Mr. Suede. Helped us with our printer an HP 4500. Printer kept going offline, not connecting to multiple devices and had lots of driver issues. Mr. Suede was very detailed and also bilingual.

The Tech did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions, cmptr is now up and running.

The computer technician ( Daniel) took the time to listen to my problems (16TB) drives were way over capacity, causing freezing movies and the NAS just not being up to the challenge. Daniel and agreed to just let him take the NAS and solid state drives home with the transfer taking DAYS to transfer. All my fault, I had too much data on the drives, some at 99.3% and over 112 degrees. SATA drives are expensive and when flashing on my projector due to just not up to the challenge. Daniel recommended getting the SATA drives down to about 60%. He is friendly, professional with the desire to teach. I listened to the Grand Master and followed him guidance. He kept me up to date on the transfer progress. I highly recommend him, especially if you have software problems as well keeping your equipment cool. Heat is the enemy of electronics. His price was more than reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Mr. Dan... I was in a Jam. With this new technology I couldn't install a new printer. Called Angi and Mr. Dan was my assigned contractor.
