T&C Heating and Air/Appliance Repair

Piedmont Gas technician out to my house and stated everything was fine with the gas pipes. Piedmont Gas advised me to have a technician to come out to my house and make sure the gas stove is working properly. On 9-30-24 Terry Dickens of T&C Appliance HVAC Repair came out to my house to check out my gas stove. When Terry went underneath the gas stove he stated he could not smell the gas. Terry then went underneath and started messing with the flexible pipes and the gas started leaking more throughout the house. I think Terry sabotaged my gas pipes. I then told Terry to shut the gas off and then told him i will pay him if he can fix the problem. Terry stated that it was going to be $380. Terry did not give a receipt. I then called Terryâ s secretary and she stated they would send a receipt through email. They never sent a receipt through email. Terry then called back on 10-7-24 and stated that he had the part for my gas stove. I then refused his services, because I could not trust him to come back to my house.

Hands down the best company in Burlington and anywhere else they service, I would hire them again!

As a lawyer, itâ s important that I share a review of T&C Appliance. This company is an absolute scam - donâ t be fooled by the positive reviews. In every aspect of the process, they are dishonest and disingenuous. From inaccurate problem diagnoses to not following through on promised services - YET charging clientele nonetheless - I cannot say enough negative things about this company. Please avoid them at all costs. We are seriously considering suing them in small claims court if we do not receive our requested refund. On yelp, we were able to attach screenshots detailing our experience, so if youâ re considering using this company we encourage you to go take a look to fully understand the bad faith practices by T&C.
