I have to join the others in recommending T&D Construction with 5 stars. Tony described in detail what he found in the estimate, what it would cost and when he could do it. When the job was done, he explained exactly what they had done. Will absolutely hire T&D in the future.

T&D exceeded all our expectations and more. Gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable, did a few things extra, and kept the estimate price for the replacement of 3 roofing boots, coverings and flashing. T and D responded quickly to repair a small roof problem on a house I was getting ready to put on the market. Not only did they solve the problem, but did it much more quickly that others I contacted. Excellent work and excellent response.

Responded with bid immediately and started work before they said they would and covered roof with tarp to protect against heavy rain before starting work. Finished in 1 day and 1/2.

His original price is not the price that the job will be. As the job starts he will come and ask for more money. If you pay in cash, he will not give you a receipt. Everything about this experience was terrible. We want nothing to do with him ever again. We want our money back.

"We did what the home owner requested at the price I quoted. They added extra work when I got there and so the price did go up. I would like to add that I quoted them a price on the additional work before I did it, and they were fine with that. They were fine with work I did, they paid me, and when they asked for a receipt, I gave them one. I have not been contacted by this home owner with any complaint."

he said he don't do that kinda work , but the sales person misrepresented on what was going on . They pretty much just didnt kno what they were going to do . their customer service was good Though

Quote for new gutters was higher than others but, they said they could do it sooner (about 2 weeks out) so for me, it was worth the $500 difference in price because I am on a bit of a time crunch. However, they were behind in getting to me (we had a lot of rain) and it was more than 2 weeks. I would have been better served to save the $500 and gone with the less expensive contractor. Communication could have been better and, is the reason I am not giving 5 stars for customer service. The quality of work was fantastic and, I would call them again for an estimate on my roof.

Their quote for the job was about 40 percent less than two others. The work they did was the same as was going to be done by the other two. The owner and worker were both very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was that there was one worker and he could not get the job finished before dark. Having said that I think he did a good job. It was roof work around the chimney and I cannot climb on top of the roof to check it.
