Worst experience damaged property couldn't finish job because of rain when it wasn't raining he had other customers! Took deposit end of April beginning of June requested he not return. Also he insisted we give him additional money before job finished. Will be filing compliant . Did not want to give stars but unable to leave blank!

Tree Stump Removal
TRB service contracted with me for removal of large tree stump, I paid him 300.00 deposit unfortunately we had a riny week so I called TRB tree service and his response was that the ground had to be dry, well after 6 straight days of dry weather I called him again and asked if he was going to come to remove stump he stated that because of the weather I stopped him and stated to him that the weather has been dry for the last 6 days and if he felt he could not do the job to tell me now and refund my deposit, he stated to me that he had other customers, and to read my contract which stated if I canceled he does not have to refund my money, I than told him not to even bother at this point, The date of the contract was April 21, 2016,and today is May 12, 2016,I called I am very disatisfied with this company and the way they do business I called Home Advisor with my complaint,very unhappy with this company

Came to my house by himself without the lift that was needed to do the job, with a story about how my check didnt clear. Called my bank check was cleared to his bank for 3 days. He goes and gets the lift and starts the job, over the next three days he gives me 7 times he is coming back to finish. After sitting in my house for three days waiting I got someone else to finish the job.

Removed a tree on the side of my house that would hit it when the wind would blow and chip shingles off of my new roof, also trimmed some other trees that were chipping the shingles as well. They were great! Cleaned up everything as well as walked the job with me when finished. I will definitely be using them again as there are some more trees that I will need removed in the future, and I will also recommend them to my clients for any tree work as I am a realtor and work with a lot of foreclosed homes. Thanks!

Be ready for a long term experience due to his lack of equipment, workers and unstable schedule. . I'm three weeks and not completed yet.
