T and R Home Improvements - Unlicensed Contractor

I hired this Pro in HomeAdvisor expecting a good service their profile said they have license, but He ruined my kitchen also I tried to resolve the problem with him, and he refused.

Cost way too high for the work done. It was only a partial fix and I had to hire someone else to really fix the problem. He is a gentleman and it is nothing personal. It is more a reflection of the kind of help available.

Tom is reliable, trustworthy and personable. We loved his work AND himself as a person. Will definitely hire him again.

Good price,efficient work,extremely personable.

Very knowledgeable, polite, and great value for price charged. Definitely would hire this company again for any repair needs.

Terri is prompt, courteous & professional. He is a great handyman & is very thorough!!

I had pavers laid down they did a nice job on it but didn t put a border around it. I wanted a shelter for my water softener he didn t listen to a thing I said. Just did a half ass job of covering the unit. They charge to arms and a leg.

very prompt in returning my call and doing same day service polite, reasonable definitely will hire him again and will refer others to him

Tom was excellent. I would definitely hire him again. Great customer service at a fair price!!

I hired Tom for several projects around my house, he was very thorough, and detail oriented. I would hire him again when needed.

Goog work for a fair price

I thought the quote was too high, but because of Tom's age and years of experience, I decided I would probably get a good product for the cost. Wrong. I am still cleaning up where he did the installations. Tom lists tile as one of his specialties, but the tile installation is very poorly done. He also stacked tool boxes and material on my bedroom carpet until I asked him to stop. He kept asking me how to solve problems and I kept telling him if I had the answers I would not have hired him. I did not intend to write this review, but Tom asked me to. Less

I have had Thomas Devilliers do many different types of odd jobs for me. He is multi-skilled and he will be my first call for my next project.

He was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
