Contractor hired to do job lied about when job would be done has been 3 months and nothing done. We paid deposit check that he cashed and still nothing done. Also didn't remember my name after 2 months and why I called and what the job was.

Very polite. Fully prepared for the job. Did an excellent job, would hire again.

They did a wonderful job with our snow removal..they were very politely and got there in a very reasonable time considering how bad it was outside ..we have put T and R Renovations at yhe top of our list for our Renovations this summer

They didn't finish the job so I didn't pay them another company came tonight

I hired T and R renovations to replace my floors (I live in an older mobile home) Upon inspection they found my living room wall had rotted, so my whole add on living room had to be gutted. Rob didn't run, he and his crew tore it off and started from scratch and rebuilt it. The living room is almost done and I love it. His crew is now working on my floors. Rob is a very nice and honest guy. I need a couple things done on the outside and I will be hiring them for the jobs. I'm very thankful for all the work and quality of work that Rob and his crew have done for me! Thank you so much for rescuing my home.

Scope of project grew considerably. Rob made helpful suggestions and gave me options as well as listened to my requests.

Rob, the company owner, contacted me immediately, He seemed to understand roofing and said the leak was most likely the chimney flashing or a vent boot. He said the cost would be $600.00 to replace the chimney flashing and $50.00 each replaced vent boot. He said their work would take two days to complete for the quoted price. They did come when promised but have not yet finished the work. The owner’s son came to the door once wanting paid, but said there were still temporary repairs in place and did not present a written invoice. When starting the work they said the entire roof needed replaced, not just the chimney flashing and vent boots. In a phone conversation after the work starting the owner said the leak had been coming from a vent boot. On Friday 11/23/2018, the company owner called asking for my email so he could send before and after photos of their work, photos showing the need for full roof replacement and their invoice. I sent my email address immediately. Yesterday I sent another text reminding Rob I had not received any of the promised information. Even though this companies work may be first rate, their customer service and business procedures are very poor. I could never recommend them to anyone for roofing work.
