O.K., would use again.

Very friendly people, but had to come out twice to "fix" problems, like missing places to paint and not caulking . . .which they did return to finish the job.

I hired T & T to fix a window, replace spindles on my staircase and other areas on the stairs where my dog had chewed. The staff was friendly and everything was done within a week from quote to completion. The stairs look great! I gave 4 stars b/c I feel like the price was a little high and one minor detail that I haven't spoken to them about. I would recommend them to others and I would hire them again for other projects as they were knowledgeable, fast, and reliable.

I did not use the company for our project, we found one in our network. But they did get back to me promptly and this shows their willingness to help us out. I will certainly keep them in mind for future jobs

The T&T owners and staff were very informative about what they were going to do and how it would be done. They delivered beyond my expectation. And they went the extra mile. To my surprise, they even set up my new mail box and post.

I LIKED THE JOB THAT WAS DONE, BUT MY CONCERN IS THAT I NEVER GOT A CONTRACT FROM T&T. THE DAY THE WORK WAS FINISHED RUCK SAID THAT TIM WOULD RUN THE PAPERWORK BY LATER ON, I E-MAILED THEM TWICE ABOUT PAPERWORK AND ALSO I HAD MY DAUGHTER TO TYPE UP A PAPER SAYING THAT RUCK RECIEVED THE MONEY ON THE 21ST OF JULY AND HAD HIM TO SIGN IT. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BEEN HANDING OUT MONEY WITH NO RECIEPT, THAT WAS NOT COOL AT ALL. AND YES I HAVE ABOUT TWO-THREE PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE WORK DONE BUT HOW CAN I RECOMMEND THEM WHEN THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. AND ALSO THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX A SPOT ON MY KITCHEN CEILING. I E-MAILED THEM ABOUT THAT TOO

Had water damage in bathroom that required replacing toilet, tub, sink and tile flooring. T & T did quality work in a timely manner for an excellent price. Would use again for future projects. Chris

Very professional and courteous! Our fence is in progress and already I have hired them to complete another project. When our developers brought us to a grinding halt and said the fence extended too far, the guys were so awesome and we adjusted without any problem. They helped me through a very stressful ordeal and the work they have done looks absolutely amazing. I'm so impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness I have encountered. THANK YOU!!!

Originally, the "T & T Home Improvement" workmen were supposed to arrive around 9 a.m. Tim (the owner) did call and said that, because of weather delays, they were running late and they would get to my home between 1 and 2 o'clock. They arrived about 1:30. They started right in to the jobs of stripping wall paper and hanging a storm door. They were finished by 6:15 pm. Their work was top drawer: efficient, accurate, and reasonably priced. They included a few minor "add-ons" to the job without complaint or question. All of the T & T" workers were courteous, receptive and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Overall did a good job.

Did not show for first appointment. Had to reschedule. When did show said was busy for next two weeks. Promised to call back with an estimate. Never did.

I did not hire Tim at the present time, but when I do plan to install a privacy fence later in the summer, I will have Tim's team complete the project. Tim is honest and gained my confidence during his estimate.

Tim took his time to give me just what I wanted. He was very professional and his work was top notch. I have already talked to him about doing another project later on. If you want someone to work with you, Tim is your man. He does tile work, plumbing, plastering, and much more. Just give him a call.

Easy to work with, good price, on time. Left mess from garage door installation, I had to clean up myself after two days of no-show.

I spoke initially with Ms. McMillan who was very nice , nut explained they were so backed up, and had no availability until the end of February, 23 days away. I needed someone since my house was buglarized. T&T decided to visit anyway and repaired the broken door the same day, but most of all I was very please with the price and quality of the repairs. Thank you. Little did they know, now I have several rental properties for him to work on. Thanks a million.

WELL I HIRED THEM TO DO A CLEAN UP IT WAS DONE RIDGHT AND THE WAY I WANTED NOW I HAVE HIRED THEM AGAIN TO DO MORE WORK FOR ME VERY NICE AND ALWAYS RETURNS ANY PHONE CALLS I MAKE AND ALWAYS ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR ANY PROJECT THAT I NEED OR PLAN

Was very professional and easy to work with. Completed worked with no complaints and welcomed any changes along the way. Tim is a do it all contractor and I will keep him until my home is completely remodeled. Contact will be maintained for future projects. Excellent contractor.
