Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
They got me an appointment very quickly. I asked for an estimate before any repair was done. He knew exactly what was wrong and took a picture to show me the problem and explained it very well. I was able to make a decision right there about what needed to happend next, get a new refrigerator! Even gave me a senior discount. Excellent rapport and work.

The customer service person named Amanda was so nice. My repairman was polite and able to explain easily my issue. He took time to check if the appliance fixed was working again. I receive a warranty on the part replaced.

Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
Randy helped me avoid a much more costly service, by first assessing to see if the problem couldn't be addressed with a much easier fix. He was very respectful, and knowledgeable. Tangeman Appliance was also very prompt in returning my phone call, and letting me know when they would arrive to the appointment.

Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
Charged to look at 2 appliances but really did not do anything on one of them. If I am being charged for someone to come to my house, they should look at multiple appliances within the visit for one charge as long as it is within a set time like 1 hour. Hard to get in contact with after the initial visit.
