We needed to have a leaky bathtub faucet and sink faucet fixed. I spoke several times with the owner to set up an appointment. He did not confirm the appointment (as he said he would), no one showed up for it, and when we next talked he offered no explanation. We ended up rescheduling, and another plumber did fix our bathtub. The sink, however, still leaked. I would not recommend their services.

I wanted to recommend and give kudos to a contractor who came to fix my problem. The contractor was Tango Plumbing out of Reading, MA. The gentleman he sent observed another problem which we were unaware of and if he had not told us of this problem, we would have had a major problem. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Provided a price that was much better than others we talked to both independently and through this site. Did the job the next day. Had a tiny leak from a valve and was called back promptly and he walked me through what to do to stop it. I'm sure if that hadn't worked he would have come out the next day. Otherwise the job was done perfectly. Would definitely hire again.

Tango Plumbing and Heating installed a 66 gallon electric water heater at my home. Communication was great; they came on the day and time they said they would, and finished in the same day. Everything works, they also left everything clean and were polite and sociable.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The water heater of one of my rental units broken down midnight of the weekend. Once I submitted the request, Tango plumbing responded to my email right way. Both of the other 2 pros recommended by the website never responded. Tango's service is very fast. Since I asked for service on the Sat, they came in first thing on Monday morning. Before come, they also called in to ensure their arrival. 2 people came in and finished the job about 1.5hrs. Good work and affordable price.

I had a great experience with Dom Tango. I had the unfortunate problem of my water heater dying on Christmas Day. I submitted my information into this website and Dom called me immediately afterward. He was honest about his quote and informative in regards to the work required. Due to the holiday, I decided to schedule him for the next day. He was in and out of my house within 2 hours and even gave me a great tip to prolong the life of my water heater. I would definitely recommend Dom to others.
