Promptly returned my call and was scheduled for the next morning (it was not an emergency situation). They arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. They were courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing problems!

After sending pix to contractor I was quoted a price - plumber showed up wiith wrong size part and charged me more money than quoted. However their customer service was very professional upon booking and scheduling

I was contacted immediately and the serviceman came out that afternoon. The work was neatly completed. The tank was smaller and I wish he spoke about elevating it off the floor a bit higher. I was quoted a discount that evaporated when he heard that the bulkhead was blocked by snow. The service guy said no problem, through the kitchen would be easy. I thought that the discount would be applicable since there was no shoveling, but no, the discount was nominal. I hope that the worker received my discount for his efforts.

Plumber arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed problem in a matter of minutes and the price was reasonable.

Mark called 5 minutes after I hit enter on Home Advisor, and his crew showed up this morning in a snow storm to replace my broken water heater. The installers were wonderfully quick and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in two hours. THank you very much.

I had a great experience. The owner went to several stores to find the right color tile. The gentleman who did the plumbing was polite, on time, worked continuously, and cleaned up after. The man who finished the tile also fixed grout in other areas of the tub, and recaulked the whole tub which was not part of the job. All of this happened in the time that was specified, and withing the quoted budget.

Tango Plumbing did a great job installing a new shower head for me. They talked with me before the project to understand what I needed and make sure that I couldn't take care of the job myself. I really appreciated that. After he came, I was so glad that I hired this company. Thanks, again.
