When I bought my combo tankless boiler/hot water heater, the original installers messed up installation, then couldn't figure out how to fix it. Thank god I found Rod. He fixed their mess, installed a sediment filter that's been super effective, and recently helped fix a venting issue caused during a remodel. He knows his stuff inside out, is fast and efficient, and a real pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone with on-demand water systems.
