Project manager, Tom, was excellent. Very detailed in his work and very customer oriented. Represented the company very well. Would recommend them for pool demolation.

Chris took a one third deposit for the replacement of two windows. Three months go by, and they still have not ordered the windows. If changes needed to be made, most likely I could accept them. Communications were sparse and consisted of excuses. I do not think they are dishonest, just incompetent. I did finally get my deposit back.

Connected company Haskins demolition tore down my 28 by 16 foot above ground pool and cleaned up the site so that my back yard was very neat. Their crew was very helpful and did an excellent job. Very happy with the experience.

Chris Tanner met me at the time and day we previously agreed to. Bonus points for this. Although the job I needed was too small for his company he had one of his contacts call me back the same day. Jordan and his crew arrived on time, did quality work, and even left the jobsite clean. Kudos to Chris Tanner for hooking me up.

Chris Tanner and his crew recently completed extensive repairs and renovations to our home that resulted from an upstairs bathroom leak underneath our upstairs bathroom shower that resulted in the compromise of two critical load bearing beams. This required the repair and total renovation of the upstairs master bathroom as well as the kitchen which lies directly underneath that bathroom. The repairs were further complicated by the need to re-route electrical and duct work infrastructure. The project was a large one requiring roughly 4 months of work and involved the coordination of engineers, framers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, dry-wallers, painters and other private vendors. The initial cost estimates were never deviated from and the timeline for completion was closely adhered to. Mr. Tanner and his crew were most flexible in rearranging their work schedules to accommodate requested delays during the holidays and to accommodate one family memberâ  s previously scheduled work leave for study for medical board recertification. We were very pleased with the accuracy of the initial estimate, the lack of additional/unexpected costs despite the large nature of the project, the timeliness of responses from Mr. Tanner and his crew to our questions and concerns and the overall quality of the final product. While we were quite distraught at the extensive repair work out house required, we were very pleased with the beautiful upgrades that ultimately resulted. The bathroom, once dingy, cluttered and never to our liking is now sleek, modern and airy. The broken kitchen tiles have been replaced with beautiful granite slabs and the worn kitchen appliances replaced with simplistically styled new ones that are not only beautiful but more functional and easier to maintain. Mr. Tannerâ  s crews were always aware that there was a family living for months in a house undergoing major renovations and went out of their way to minimize our discomfort. We would be happy to recommend Mr. Tannerâ  s construction company without reservation.

They showed up when they said they would and in this town that's like money in the bank. Knew would needed to be done and got the job done in a fair period of time. If I ever have another job to be done, I would hire them again.

Chris was very easy to work with. Some of his men were more interested in speed than quality. Every thing is complete now. Our barn looks great. Overall a good job.
