I honestly regret ever using this company, leading the way for them to be the go to HVAC for my condo. Their work is only quick fixes that never last pass a couple days or weeks. When asking about diagnostics and cause of a problem, it's always a vague nonsensical response that changes from person; due to fix not able to be maintained and a different person comes out each time. There is no such thing as "24/7 Emergency Service ". If you call you get a vm, they call back and put you 9n a schedule, no matter how sever the issue. A year before the pandemic, they cracked a tile in my ceiling. Thank goodness I took pictures!! They said they had to order a new tile and they would replace it when it came in. I called back 6 -12months, it had never been order and I had to remind them to fix it. 1 year later I spoke to the owner Alex, who told me to send the pictures. He then came over, looked at the ceiling, couldn't give me a straight answer as to what they were going to do to fix it or when it was going to be completed. When I insisted based 9n the time that it was outstanding; he apologized, inappropriately asked what I did for a living, attempted to placate, appease and condescendingly said "that explains it". After several weeks, they tried to replace the tile with one that did not match the rest of the ceiling and tried to convince me It was fine; always going the cheap route to cut corners :( . When I voiced my dissatisfaction, they finally got an awesome independent contractor to complete the ceiling beautifully. His ( not Tanous) work was correct, complete and still stands the test of time! The reason for today's review is my AC is not working, the condenser is not turning over and everytime you set the thermostat to a number, the AC will register a hotter, higher number as it works! I called Alex, then got Alex. Again, nonsense explanation about the temperature of the water in the water tower , because of the heat (funny this never happened before in 10 years). I called back speaking to one of the Tanous, always insisting to come into my Apt when I'm not there ( that's how the ceiling got cracked, but I got there before he left). When Chris or Mike finally came to see it, this was after a wonderful gentleman (not a Tanous, I think Joe or Henry) did a thorough diagnostic and cleaning; but it failed again. Chris/Mike said there was a plug in the line, " he fixed it " and left black smudge in the sink w/o cleaning it. It is now 6-8 weeks later & still have the problem. Whe I called to get someone to come out he said sarcastically that he wished I would of called sooner, after I recounted the history of always being put on a schedule, instead of coming out emergently regardless of how bad it is. Guess what happened, I have 2 wait two weeks to be seen. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! GO TO PROFESSIONALS THAT STAND BY THEIR WORK. DON'T CUT CORNERS OR FALSE ADVERTISE AS 24/7 SERVICE! IF YIU ARE A WOMAN OR NOT THEIR ETHNICITY, BE READY TOBE TREATED WITH CONDESCENSION, HUSTLED & AS IF YOU ARE STUPID!
