Tanya's Cleaning Service

Tanya is unprofessional and her cleaning services are awful. Once, she arrived to my house, I asked her to please take off her shoes at the door. I told her we do not wear shoes in my house. She said, I don't want to take off my shoes. I asked her to wear a shoe covering which she put it on but eventually took it off. I screened her for Covid and she refused to wear the mask at all times while cleaning. Before, I left the house to run errands, we discussed everything that was included in deep cleaning for $250.00. We discussed my expectations for cleaning. When I got back home, many of the things she said she did was not done at all. She did not make up any of my beds, she did not wipe my cabinets down as requested, she did not clean my hardwood floors with my products that i requested, my windows are nasty. The windows still have finger prints and ice cream stains from my kids. she did not wipe down my leather sofa as I requested. Also, she did not clean the white borders around my house that I requested All these things are included in deep cleaning. I asked Tanya to use my home vacuum instead of her vacuum because I do not like the spread of germs from house to house. She used my vacuum for one room, but start using her dirty vacuum. She lied about what is included in her services and she did not complete the job. Tanya cleaning is not thorough when I walk on the carpet I still feel crumbs on my feet and crumbs are left in the corners of the floor. She rushes to clean your house to get to the next person house. She only likes spot cleaning only. Tanya wants to clean a house that is already cleaned. She changes her prices a lot and it not consistent in what is included in each services. I have used her before, first time she told me the refrigerator, oven, and microwave was included in deep cleaning for $250 which she did clean. But the next time, when she cleaned she didnt even clean it and said it would be $300. She insults me by telling me my house is to dirty so she cant clean it well. However, she cleans with 2 other girls. Also, she takes pictures of your home to prove her point that your house is dirty. Lastly, today when I told her lets negotiate the price because she did not clean my house good, she called me a devil. She is very unprofessional. If you have high expectations like I do and want your house cleaned thoroughly please do not call Tanya. Services are below Mediocre. You will be better off doing it your self or having your toddlers clean the house. Tanya lies, she is lazy and unprofessional. Dont waste your hard earned money!

I am a good person and ever gracious during the Holiday seasons. Tanya quoted me 2 different package rates upon booking of a Basic versus a Deluxe service; in which Deluxe is supposedly an upgrade of service that features full on dusting of the blinds and ceiling fans, walls, bathroom and kitchen. Her helper actually used my cleaning supplies with cleaning the bathroom and while I gave her a slice of my Grandmas fresh baked zucchini bread and gave an additional tip after booking for a Deluxe cleaning she took me for granted. She totally ignored dusting needed areas and did not respect my time as she left 45 minutes in advance. While cleaning I did ask her if she also serviced clothing cleaning and organizing as I wanted to book someone of Profession to assist my closet and its space. I paid for $140 for a quoted $120 Deluxe that I did not receive. I received a Basic cleaning of vacuum and mediocre to blatantly not being done dusting. To add insult to injury my cleaning supplies were used by them unknowingly until they left it out and behind as evidently.

Did a great job. Stayed longer to complete all of my requests.
