Things went exceedingly well at first but we ran into some bumps later on due mostly to staffing problems which caused some delays and communication issues. The work took a great deal longer than planned. Bob Tapani honors his commitments. He is professional, and seems to be dedicated to doing good work. Overall, we are happy with the outcome.
