Does far more than he said they would do. I've used him on two separate properties and they don't mess around, they get in and do it.

I find in today's world an owner or estimator will tell you one thing and then, when the work is done, it is a whole other story. The work has been done so there is no need to say more.

Work was good value for bid but had to come back second time to finish.

Removed tree as promised. However, took down part of our fence to prevent possible damage from tree removable and then did not correctly replace it. Promised to fix, but did not follow through.

They showed up in a timely manner. They did a good job and cleaned up afterward.

We hired Taps Tree Service to remove 3 large trees & grind the stumps & raised roots that were threatening our homes’s foundation. William & his crew worked like dogs, non-stop until a torrential thunderstorm shut them down. They apologized for not being able to finish in one day & returned the next day to finish tthe job. The only negative comment is that although they cleaned absolutely everything on day one, after the stumps & roots were ground down, we were left w/ 3 large piles of mulch. I wasn’t aware that they didn’t haul the mulch etc. away & leave a relatively flat landscape behind. We’d have gladly paid a bit more to have them take it away, had we been given the option. Just a miscommunication I suppose. I will definitely hire them again though & have already recommend them to others.

They responded to my request within hours and they were out here in the blazing heat and did a great job - even showing me a bird nest and explaining that it had a mama bird so he didn’t want to disturb that limb.

These guys were great. What a nice job they did. They kept pushing back the original time, but they kept in touch as the time moved. Great service.

These guys show up on time, are nice, courteous and ask questions until they understand fully what you want done They get the job done quickly, clean up and for a fair price. I have already recommended them to family and friends. I would certainly use them again! Thanks William and the crew!! :)

I was charged $100.00 to remove a sago palm bush. It took him only a few minutes to saw it down. My issue is he left much of the stump above ground. We had to chop it out.
