Josue Morales, Michael Gabriel, and Anthony McCleary Jr., came and encapsulated our crawl space. they were professional and hard working crew. They finished our job in two days. They explained the work and completed as expected. We are in Pinehurst area and the humidity level fluctuates high and low, this is a problem for our floors before we encapsulated the crawl space we had our floors damaged by high humidity. After re-flooring our entire house, we chose Tar Heel Basement Systems to protect our investment, the floors as well as the rest of our house. I give the Tar Heel Basement Systems 5 Stars. Their staff from our inspector (Mark Caddell), to the work crew were easy to work with and the work was completed as scheduled and they were available for our questions before and after the work was completed. Great experience. We had washout area under the concrete surrounding our pool. Tarheel came out to review our project and gave us an estimate for injecting foam to raise our concrete that had fallen and also fill in gaps underneath that had washed out. Once we hired them, we got on their schedule. They sent reminders for our appointment, called the day they were coming to let us know when they would arrive. Tarheel performed the work, left our site clean. We are very happy with the service from beginning to end.

Grace and Rodrigo arrived to inspect the job and make sure it was complete. They called to let me know when they would be arriving, reviewed the install and checked in with me before they left today.
