The specific project is floor stabilization with minor lift but that isn't an option so i picked encapsulation instead (which K do intend to gave Tar Heel do, down the line). Jay Yount was great salesperson and Ceritified Field Inspector. Foreman David P and crew mates Ernesto "Nestor" and James C were knowledgeable and efficient, arrived on time and got the job done in two days. Results of the floor stabilization were communicated to me clearly before, during and after the work was performed. All my expectations were at least met. Would definitely recommend Tar Heel to friends and family.

I recently had a maintenance visit for my system, during which a simple electrical problem was identified. The tech was not qualified to fully diagnose or fix the problem, but with some patience, we were able to get the problem resolved. In the end, they sent out an electrician to diagnose the problem and a supervisor to execute the repair. Because the process took longer than their standards, they compensated me by replacing some equipment that was no longer under warranty at no cost to me.
