As city inspector quoted "fantastic job", Josh and Henry worked NON-STOP until the job was thoroughly completed. These guys worked so diligently, thought I was going to have them chew on my deer salt block for needed salt intake and extra nutrients to replenish for their next job! Seriously, my advice to anyone that has foundation issue, please contact Tar **** Basement for expert workmanship. And, do not wait until you have major and costly foundation problems.

Great service. As I already had a great vapor barrier installed they worked with me on a solution to do what I need versus what someone wants to sell. Given what I had in place already, they recommended a solution tailored for my needs that saved me money. Very pleased.

They are a very detailed company and everyone was very polite and good follow-up. It is quite costly and there is quite a bit of concrete dust associated with this type of work. They did all that I thought they could do to minimize the dust but there is no way to contain it all. The thing that sold me on this more expensive application is that the labor and material is warranted for the life of the home for the area in which the material was placed. So I paid for the future piece of mind. The price is the only reason the overall rating is a B.

It went well, just some confusion over the price. The original quote was for 4 helical pier. It was changed at the last minute to 2. I received a quote for the change but it didn't supposedly include excavation and permit/engineering. I guess as the home owner I was suppose to ask if this is the total price. I would suggest anyone using their service would make sure the price includes everything. Other wise it was a great job.

Tar Heel Basement Systems has been great to work with. Our basement used to flood with even a tiny amount of rain. After spending hours pumping out water, we realized there had to be a better way. Since our original pump installment, we've had a few issues due to the abnormally large amount of water that flows into our basement. Each time (three in total), Tar Heel Basement Systems has fixed these issues promptly and at no cost to us. They firmly stand behind their work and put customer satisfaction high on their priority list. They will ensure that water stays out of your basement.

Could not have gone better. I was quite anxious about it all, but these guys are the tops for professional. They educated me, were patient with me needing to understand all the options. They worked from early morning and sometimes late into the night, over a few days. Very focused, very skilled. Lots of expertise here. The work turned out great.

They encapsulated our crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier. Bruce and his team Robert and Brian did an awesome job. They were prompt, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Matt Bowen and his crew did a complete crawl space encapsulation for me in Burlington NC. Our crawl space is very large and a is like a maze. The measurements were taken three times to ensure they were correct. When Matt arrived, he was immediately worried that he didn't have enough material. He personally measured again and discovered that the space was indeed around 600 square feet more than quoted. He called his suporvisor Bobby Luttrell. They went ahead and brought in the additional material necessary and completed the job at no extra cost to me. I was extremely impressed with how it was handled. The guys spend three extremely hot and humid days in a very tight crawl space. Some areas only have about 12 to 18 inches of clearance. When done, they left the basement cleaner than they found it. I'd like to thank Matt and his crew for their work. The crew members were Andrew Vlolette, Mike Lankford, Bruce Carrington, Robert Hacker and Brian Carey. I'm extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems, specifically this crew.

Last May I detected a very strong odor of cat urine from my basement. I did some research and found the chemicals they were using. I have not being feeling well and they let me a choose a non-impregnated pesticide product. They were very pleasant and cordial. I have no bad things to say about the way I have been treated by them. They will work with my on my individual pesticide sensitivity and they recognize and acknowledge and work with that.

After meeting with Greg Watson our sales rep. for Tar Heel Basement Systems and agreeing to a total overhaul of our crawl space Matt B., Micheal & Bruce were sent out to repair our crawl space that had gotten really bad. Everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish and I enjoyed working with everyone. Myself and Matt B. actually took care of the paperwork under the house because it was so comfortable. Highly recommend Tar Heel Basements to everyone and would do business with them again.
