Total RIP OFF!!! Talks a good game, promises one thing or service and then takes the money. Then ask for more $$ when his initial job does not work. States he guarantees his work, but total lie. He did not to anything I could not have down myself. How sad it is to have people take advantage of others. Should have done this before and prior to hiring him, but checked his business on BBB, yes, your right, not supported by BBB and site states, business no long in business. he should be banned form advertising. Folks do not hire this fake!!! He does have some really sad stories though, do not fall for them. drives a personal car and not company truck. There were so many alarms going off in my head about this guy, but I let me better judgment take a side step, and I still went with this joke of a service. I will be going after my money. All this clown wants is more money for nothing and according to his recommendations, you need to basically tear down your home and rebuild it out of iron and steel if you do not want bugs, or bees of any kind. what a total disappointment. This site should take him off and ban him from advertising. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

Took care of the problem right away.

He was very thorough and actually treated the outside of my house on the first visit. He was a little expensive for the little he did. He also ended up telling me the fix but did not have it. I was told to go to Home Depot and do it myself. I was kind of hoping he could fix it. Otherwise, he was incredibly knowledgeable! He picked up on all the little holes and how to fix it. He is also very flexible with time. He came out in the evening which works best for my schedule. Will call again if I need any pest help!

Mike called me right away after I completed the online info. He came out to my place that day and sprayed for ants and gave me a lot of info about my problem and possible causes and cures. He was very professional and courteous. He was very careful about what he used because I have a dog and a cat. I really appreciated that. The price was good and he said he would come back and spray again after two weeks if I was still seeing ants. That was included in price. Great guy!

His response to the on-line info was immediate. He came out the next day, a Saturday, and gave me an estimate. His price was within the expected cost for a house our size. He sprayed the entire exterior of our home: a cedar ranch with a walk-out basement. He was very polite and professional and friendly. I would recommend him to others. We were dealing with carpenter bees, etc. He seemed very knowledgeable. He had a great guarantee.

Mike came out, identified the bugs, and took care of the problem that night. We were worried about my elderly mother(the home owner)because she is a heart and lung patient but he reassured us that the repellent he used was safe to use. My Mom says to say" Thank you for getting rid of her unwanted visitors". Within two days the majority of the bugs were gone.

I'm gonna call him back so he can do other stuff. I'm gonna sign a contract with him so he can come check out my house every 3 months or something like that. He was really friendly, knew what he was doing and he didn't try to price gouge me or anything either.

Mike came the same day we called him to get rid of a very large yellow jacket nest outside of our house. We did need him to come back and redust since the nest was so large and he came very quickly. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone with a pest problem.

I had squirrels in my attic and he called me right away and was out that day to remove them. He removed them all and have not seen or heard a squirrel since. A1+++ service.
