They do a good job on the tear-out after damage. But they did a really poor job in the restoration. They had to make multiple trips to even bring the correct paint color. It took forever to complete. They were fairly incompetent in all they did. They also charged us for work not done.

My home was damaged by a water pipe burst in 2018. I was told by Target that the job should not take longer than 6 weeks to complete. It has been 27 months to date and it is still not complete. They were late or did not show up at all more times than I can count, knowing that my husband and I were having to take off work to let them on the property. They busted holes in my wall while replacing the flooring that has never been fixed. When cutting holes in the ceiling to replace lighting, they cut the hole too big, and even after trimming out the light, you can still see the holes. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks. I have tried so many times to give these people the benefit of the doubt that they would be truthful and do what they were paid to do, but this is ridiculous.
