Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Target Roofing contacted us immediately, after we put out a request for a roofer to contact us on Home Advisor in September of 2018. A member of their staff came to our home to give us a quote a few days later after our initial contact & we signed a contract to begin our project. We played phone tag with a staff member of Target Roofing for most of October, until he & a few members of his team arrived at our home on a Sunday. They stayed for about 30 minutes to survey the job & said they would return the next day to start. They never showed & have never started the job. We have reached out by phone & email to try & pin down a confirmation of when our project will be started & completed. We have not had any response by Target Roofing & Restoration. To say we are unhappy with their customer service is an understatement. We can't rate the quality or their work, as we haven't heard back from them in 3 months.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
I'm not completely happy with the finished product and with the response given by the salesman. To late to do anything about it now. Thought I'd be using them this Spring for garage roof and new gutters, but not so much now. I also wasn't happy that my 4 yr old found a whole strip of roofing nails in the middle of my yard playing. They were stuck to his coat and gloves. Thank God he didn't fall on them. Great clean up job, right.
