The owner Robert worked with us to design the patio, listened to our concerns and made modifications along the way. The crew, led by Angel, worked very hard and were very professional. The patio turns out really beautiful. Robert sticks to the original estimate although we changed the straight line to a curved line in some areas. We added a lot more sitting benches which were quoted by length and was honored. A couple of extra natural stone pieces were added at the end, which added "character" to the patio (although unplanned), and I appreciate the creativity.

The owner of the business is a professional artist and was able to direct our design decisions along a path that made for an aesthetically pleasing end result.

Very professional, clean, and outstanding craftsmanship. I had a brick patio/entertaining area that started coming apart and was no longer level. They got out here and removed all the old mortar, replaced some broken bricks, leveled the ground in places that needed it, and it all back together like new. They talked to me the entire time they were here and really valued my opinion on the job they were doing. I appreciated their kindness and I was happy with the end result.

Robert is genuine and professional. His crew, Rebecca and Lauren, worked hard and late to complete mortar repairs and clean up prior to a scheduled event. Very pleased with all their work.

Robert did excellent brick paver work, he and his crew worked very hard, and was was very neat at the job site and picked up their mess each day, and were easy to work with on any job changes. The only issue I had with them was in slow or no communication , as I had emailed them the go ahead after i got my neighborhood approval - it was well over a month before he acknowledged my email and saiid he would do the job (after I followed up with him). Once I got him on the job site, Robert was very good to work with and he and his crew did a great job..

I highly value the professionalism and the evident skill and pride Robert and his crew bring to their work. Every step of the process was explained and my input respected. The finished brick stair and chimney work was excellent As an added bonus, Robert and the team are a delight to work with.

I do not normally leave reviews but after hiring this company and seeing one bad review I decided I needed to. This is Hands down the best stone mason I have hired. They worked diligently on my front steps and my chimney. This company goes above and beyond to please it is customers as well as offering pressure washing to ensure that any repairs or remodels match the original colors. I would highly recommend springing for this as they explained to me they could match the color to the original but they could not match moss or mildew on the bricks. Just having the chimney power washed made an extreme improvement. If I had not accepted the offer for power washing the color would not have matched the black on the grout between the bricks. They explained they COULD match the black color but if I decided later to have it cleaned the repairs would stick out and that for the longevity of the repairs they would be going with the original color. They matched it perfectly! The owner, Robert Mihaly, has a lifetime of experience with stone. He is a skilled sculptor who works all over the Raliegh area. It was worth the google to see his work. His mason apprentices are always kind and professional. He had a team of young ladies come to my place and I wasnt expecting that but they were awesome! They take the time to explain everything they are going to be doing each step of the way and what to expect when they have finished. They were very detailed about the maintenance after completion, cleaned up around where they were they working as they went, continuously checked on my satisfaction, Beyond happy with this company. UPDATE 08/02/2021: Very professional team. They went above and beyond my expectations. The team fixed cracks going down the bricks on the side of my house and my front steps. I was very impressed with how they were able to restore my home to its original glory. They stayed late and they would stop to explain what they were doing anytime I asked them something and got my feedback before starting anything. The girls cleaned as they worked and were very friendly. I enjoyed watching them bring life back to my house!

I explained to the team what I was looking for on the project and while they completed understood, they continued to check that things were progressing to my satisfaction. This is not something always done, but really is necessary. Of course this awesome team knew that. The team is very likable and committed to doing a great job. I highly recommend them!

I hired Robert chiefly due to the strong recommendations of previous clients. Sadly this was not my experience. Robert was hired to repoint mortar on a brick chimney. The detailed quote and contract specified the color matching of the mortar and attention to keeping the mortar in the joint, and cleaning mortar smears from the surface of the brick. Sadly, these defects were prominent throughout his work. Unfortunately this app does not permit attaching images of the final work product. These deficiencies were compounded by not following manufacturer guidelines on surface preparation and encasing the smears in waterproof sealant. I will probably have to sand blast to clean to a state that the next contractor can perform the original job.

Robert and his crew came early, stayed late and did an excellent job repairing our brick patios and stairs. We are very pleased!

Robert and Angel came early in the morning and worked all day to repair 80 year old stone pillars and split rail fence that were destroyed by a car driving through it. By the end of the day, it was restored to a fare better condition than it was before and matched to former character and colors. I also learned that Robert is a very skilled stone sculpture artist, and he left his finger prints and impressions on our new stone fence.

Robert repaired a 50 year old brick wall so well that the repair is invisible. He matched new mortar to old perfectly. I highly recommend his work and his professionalism.
